Product description

The worms love it, and so does my garden!
These worm composter bins are easy to place in your garden. You just dig a hole, place the bin inside the hole with the lid up, making sure a little is left above ground, and secure around it with dirt. Then it is easy to place compost scraps inside for the worms to enjoy. This is a great way to replenish your garden of nutrients. The worms do all of the work for you. I love using these for egg shells, banana peels, coffee grounds, tea leaves, or any other vegetable or fruit that will boost the soil. I rotate use to allow for better composting.
A great low maintenance introduction to composting!
Composting is a great way to improve soil quality in your garden for free. It’s richer than potting soil and you’re giving back to nature!
Pros:
– These composting bins are sturdy. While the metal looks like chicken wire, it’s much sturdier than chicken wire.
– There are no sharp edges to cut yourself on.
– The lids are easy to put on and take off.
Cons:
– None!
Caveats:
Make sure the ground in which you place these is not regularly frequented by raccoons. They will dig it up and make a mess. But if you do have raccoons or other animals which dig through trash, you will want to put something else over this as a protective shell.
