Honestly, I’m shocked at how good this thing is for the price. I was expecting something with at least a few plastic parts, but no, the whole thing is solid metal and feels really heavy duty. When I first tried it out, I was amazed at how it just sliced through the wire insulation like butter on the very first pass. It’s a massive upgrade from sitting there with a blade trying to peel cables manually, which used to take me forever. What’s cool is that even though you can hook it up to a drill to go super fast, the cutting action is so smooth and easy that I didn’t even feel the need to use one. I just used the hand crank and it was honestly fast enough for me because of how little effort it takes to cut through. For what this costs, you’re getting a ton of solid metal and a tool that actually works exactly like it should. It’s definitely going to save me a lot of time on my projects, and I’m glad I don’t have to mess around with cheap tools that break after two uses.
