• Why is charging slow when using only one of the two USB-C ports? What should I do?

Reasons: charging may slow above 80%, device doesn't support 45W/9V fast charging, the port is dirty or loose, or heat triggers protection.

Retry below 50%, clean and reconnect port, and if hot or above 95°F/35°C, cool to 77°F/25°C before charging.

• Why does charging slow down when both USB-C ports are used at the same time?

With both USB-C ports in use, power is distributed based on device needs, so one may charge slower, especially when charging laptop and phone. Dual-port output supports 5–20V, up to 3A and 45W total. For faster charging, disconnect the other device.

• Is it normal for the charger to warm up during charging?

Yes. Slight warmth is normal at maximum fast-charging power. At 77°F/25°C ambient temperature, the charger remains within safety limits (below 171°F/77°C). Dual temperature protection helps maintain safe operation and protect it during use.

• Why won’t my device charge when connected to the charger?

Possible causes: unsupported PD3.0/2.0, QC3.0/2.0, UFCS, AVS or PPS (some OPPO/Huawei phones use proprietary protocols), or a dirty/loose port. Clean and reconnect the port, test with an iPhone or Samsung phone, and con tact us if the issue persists.

• What should I do if the retractable cable does not extend or retract properly?

Check the cable for severe bending or twisting. Pull it out slightly farther and see if it retracts. If fully extended, pull gently a little farther, but do not force it, as this may cause damage. If the issue persists, con tact us for help.
