• 1) 120A dual MPPT, up to 6240W on 48V Two independent MPPT trackers share 120A total charge current. Delivers up to 1560W on 12V, 3120W on 24V, and 6240W on 48V. MPPT tracking ≥99.5% and high DC/DC conversion efficiency recover more energy in cloudy, partial-shade and seasonal-angle conditions than PWM.
• 2) Dual PV input, 250V per string, own MPPT each Two PV terminals (PV1/PV2); each runs its own MPPT. Max PV open circuit 225V at 25℃ and 250V at lowest site temperature per input. MPPT operating range >20V and ≥ battery voltage +2V up to 180V at 25℃ per tracker. Size every string by panel Voc temperature coefficient; do not mix two arrays into one terminal and call it dual MPPT.
• 3) 12/24/48V auto, lithium and lead-acid ready Auto-recognizes 12/24/48V battery bank. AGM default, plus GEL, flooded and USER lead-acid with configurable bulk/float/equalization. Lithium LFP/NCM/USER profiles supported; BMS communication through the multi-function port or BMS-Link, RTS temperature sensor for non-BMS setups, and no-battery mode for direct inverter connection per manual.
• 4) Full protection with high-temp power derating PV overvoltage/reverse/short, battery overcharge/overdischarge/overcurrent, night back-feed and internal over-temperature protection. Automatic charging power reduction above 45℃ and staged reduction as internal temperature rises, stopping near 85℃ then resuming when cooled. IP20 for indoor or protected enclosure only—not waterproof.
• 5) RS485 monitoring and CAN parallel up to 6 units RS485 RJ45 for PC setting/logging; optional WiFi, Bluetooth, TCP or 4G for remote app monitoring. Built-in CAN parallel port links up to 6 same-model TEP12425A units for larger charge current—set address, baud and parallel current limit on LCD. LCD shows PV1/PV2 voltage/current/power/energy, battery voltage/current/SOC/temperature and fault codes.
