• Replacement & Compatibility: Replacement for Generac RXSW100A03 automatic transfer switch. Rated 100 Amp at 120/240V, single phase, 60 Hz, 24,000 watts, for use with Generac home standby generators from 8 kW to 24 kW equipped with Evolution or Nexus controllers. Not for portable generators or other generator brands – confirm your generator model and controller before ordering.
• Electrical Ratings: 100 A maximum utility input and 100 A maximum generator input; 120/240 VAC single phase; 24,000 W maximum load; 2-pole; conductor lug range 2/0 – #14 (Cu/Al); 10,000 A withstand rating. Supports both 120V household circuits and 240V loads such as well pumps, dryers and central air conditioning.
• Open Transition & Safety: Open-transition switching disconnects utility power completely before connecting generator power, so the two sources are never live at the same time – this prevents dangerous backfeed into the utility grid and protects line workers.
• All-Weather NEMA 3R Enclosure: Housed in a corrosion-resistant aluminum NEMA 3R enclosure with electrostatically applied baked powder coat finish, rated for both indoor and outdoor installation. Shields internal components from rain, snow, sleet, ice and debris. An internal aluminum barrier limits accidental contact with live parts.
