This is an awesome pillow for a person that’s a back sleeper that wants great neck support in a soft and comfortable pillow. I can’t comment on side or back sleeping positions since I’m only a back sleeper.
One side of the pillow is softer and the other side with 3 dots is bit firmer. I found the firmer side with the 3 dots works best for me. Overall, this pillow is soft and supportive pillow with the 3 dots side.
There is a memory foam smell but disappeared or got very little after the 2nd day.
This pillow has replaced my other a firmer cervical butterfly pillow that gave me neck pain if I slept off center on the pillow.
Highly recommended for back sleeping that soft and supportive pillow solution.

Comfortable Cooling Support for the Cervical Spine
I ordered this memory foam neck pillow for my mom, and after sleeping on it for one night, she said she really liked it. She normally sleeps flat on her back and found the medium firm support comfortable throughout the night. The butterfly shape supports the head, neck, and shoulders, while the rounded cervical area has 3 raised support points that rest beneath the natural curve of the neck. They do not actually sit between the spinal discs, but they are designed to distribute pressure and provide additional cervical support. My mom said the pillow felt very supportive and helped her sleep comfortably.
The pillow also has dual heights of 3.54 and 5.51. The lower contour is designed for back or stomach sleeping, while the higher contour can be used for side sleeping. Apologies in advance for the long review but I’ve got a lotttt of thoughts since I’ve been using a similar pillow to this for years. My chiropractor originally recommended it due to back and neck pain from not having good support while sleeping and I’ve used it since. It has become so critical to my sleep routine that I have trouble sleeping away from home because of not having it! For context, I’m both a back sleeper and side sleeper, which resulted in longterm back and shoulder and neck strain. After a few nights with it, here are some of my thoughts, including how it compares to my current one:
The good:
– can be used when delivered. It came wrapped, but puffed up to its shape within a few minutes
-it’s lightweight. My original pillow is very dense which makes it sturdy but heavy so I’ve never considered traveling with it. This one is significantly lighter that I would consider vacuum sealing it and taking it with me
-it’s comfortable and the fabric and memory foam are soft. My other pillow is very comfortable but because of its density it doesn’t have as much give as this one. I like that it’s softer while holding its shape. Like my other one, the outside cover is removable and can be washed. I also like that it fits in my standard pillowcase because the product photos made it look more square that I was worried it wouldn’t fit. I posted a photo of what it looks like in my standard pillowcase
-good neck support. My current one has a similar shape but looks more of a curved wave shape to it while this has higher ridges. I use the lower side (the sides have different neck heights) and it’s the perfect height and the ridges make my head feel cradled which is a nice sensation
– the price. I think these pillows can seem pricy and this one is actually lower priced than my current one so it’s good value. Although I’d pay significantly more because the value of not waking up with neck strain and back pain is hard to put a price on
-quality. I also have a memory foam travel pillow and it’s very comfortable and well made as well
Things I’m still considering:
-the side sleeping height is higher than my current one. It hasn’t caused pain yet but it does feel like my spine is kind of curving higher than what feels like a natural position (at least in my mind)
-the center is hollowed out, at first I thought it would be uncomfortable but I don’t notice it when I’m sleeping and i think it helps keep me cool at night. it would probably be good for those who sleep on their stomach
To sum up, do yourself (and tomorrow you) a favor and get this pillow. I highly recommend for everyone because it’s made for sleepers of all styles! My current pillow caused me so much back relief that’s it’s an essential item for me and I think this one will be a new regular for me!
This is a super comfortable pillow, and I really like the extra-wide design. It provides plenty of room to support both my neck and arms while I sleep, which is especially important to me as a side sleeper.
Unpacking was very easy. I simply removed it from the bag and let it expand back to its full size. It was a straightforward setup with no complicated steps.

This pillow had made life-changing differences for me. It truly is amazing. I had open heart surgery 2 years ago and my biggest problem since has been lying in a bed all night long without feeling pressure on my rib cage. It’s one of those weird things people never seem to talk about after heart surgery. I’ve tried every pillow you can imagine and spent 100s of $$ as well. Until I owned this pillow, I’d at least try to go to bed every night, but always end up out in the couch because my chest was hurting. This pillow has allowed me to stay in bed all night every night since I’ve owned it. It truly gives me the proper support where I need it and keeps any one spot from having too much pressure for an extended period of time. I’m a side sleeper, but I do sometimes fall asleep on my back if I’m overly exhausted. That always has consequences before I owned this pillow including being vastly sore in my chest when I woke up. I don’t experience any of these things anymore. It’s a memory foam type of material. The case is removable and washable. A standard pillowcase fits it as well. It only takes about 5 minutes to set up after you take it out of the vacuum sealed packaging. I haven’t noticed it going flat in any areas. It actually looks brand new even after weeks and weeks of usage. I think it’s a tremendous value for the money. For me, it truly is life changing and I can’t recommend it enough. The key factor is that it evenly distributes pressure for side sleepers. If it can take the pressure off of my chest, it’s going to do wonders for back problems, neck problems, and everything in between. This is truly the game changer you’ve been looking for.
I am a side sleeper, and I also toss and turn quite a bit throughout the night, so finding a comfortable pillow is usually a challenge. This pillow has made my nights sooo much more comfortable.
It’s honestly hard to explain why it works so well. It’s a little flatter than I expected, but not so flat that it feels unsupportive. Somehow, it just works. My neck feels supported without the pillow feeling overly firm or bulky.
One of my favorite features is that I can comfortably tuck my arms underneath it without that awful numbness or circulation-cutting feeling that I get with so many other pillows.
There is an instruction pamphlet that comes in the box with instructions for how the pillow is designed for stomach, back, and side sleepers.
It comes shrink wrapped in one plastic bag and fully fills out within about hour of opening. There was a very small smell upon opening but it dissipated quickly once filled/aired out.
The cooling pillowcase is another huge plus. I already use a cooling comforter made from a very similar material, so I immediately loved the feel of it.
This pillow has been a complete sleep saver and a total game changer for me.
