I’ve been using this cutting board for a while now, and it has truly transformed my kitchen routine. The dual-sided design is a game-changer for food safety and organization. I never thought I’d want a titanium or metal cutting board until I used this one. I’m not using the titanium side for actual cutting, but it makes me feel much safer tenderizing meat on the metal surface. The other side is a normal PP cutting board, and it works great. I appreciate the juice groove, and although I haven’t had a reason to use the grinding area yet, I can see how it would work well for garlic or ginger.
The builtin knife sharpener is fine — it’ll sharpen a knife enough to get through a tomato, but it’s nothing extraordinary. What impressed me more is how durable the titanium side seems. I tenderize most of my meat before cooking and use one of those bladed tenderizers, and so far I haven’t seen any scratches at all.
It’s a nicelooking board, feels highquality, and works well in my kitchen. It came packaged in the box shown in the photo along with the towel, but there were no instructions included. Because of that, I’m assuming it’s not dishwashersafe, so I’ve only washed it by hand. It cleans easily and has been working beautifully. Overall, it’s a solid, wellmade board that serves its purpose exactly as it should.
Great double sided cutting board.
This is a good quality cutting board and I really like the double sided design. Having different surfaces makes it easy to separate what I’m cutting and helps keep raw meat and seafood away from fruits, vegetables, and other foods. The titanium side feels smooth and durable, while the other side gives you a different surface depending on what you’re preparing.
My favorite feature is the groove around the edge that catches juices before they can run all over the counter. That comes in especially handy when cutting meat, juicy fruit, or anything else that tends to make a mess. The board is also easy to clean, and the non porous surface doesn’t seem to hold onto odors or stains like some traditional cutting boards can.
The built-in knife sharpener is another useful feature that I wasn’t expecting to use as much as I do. It’s convenient having it right there when a knife starts getting a little dull instead of having to dig out another tool. This is a well thought out cutting board with several useful features, and it has become a handy piece of equipment to keep in the kitchen.
Nice but questionable durability
My husband is the cook in our household. He really likes this cutting board. It is a definite upgrade from the plastic ones he is used to.
The knife sharpener included in the top is a definite perk to this board also.
The titanium side of the cutting board sustained some slices and mars after only one use. I thought titanium was supposed to be a very durable material and was surprised that it damaged so easily.
The board is dishwasher safe. It is practical for cutting a wide array of foods. It has a good grip.
I think the cost could be a bit more competitive for the quality we observed.
I didn’t pay attention when I placed the order to see that this is a double sided cutting board. It is quite heavy due to the plastic side of the board. I like titanium boards because they are thin and light weight. This one is just as thick as a standard plastic board.
I like the knife sharpener option. I have often found myself mid-chop realizing that my knife could use a little sharper edge. This is a nice feature because I don’t have to dig around to find my knife sharpener.
The board is dishwasher safe, which is a nice feature.
I would have rated this a five if it had been a thin little board, but the extra weight and size of the board are just a bit much for me. It’s a good cutting board with nice features, it’s just heavier than I was hoping for.
I am trying to swap out all my plastic kitchenware with metal or glass, and this cutting board came in clutch! I’ve ordered a similar kind of cutting board last year, but this one is miles better. I especially love the included knife sharpener by the grip/hook hole, its actually pretty genius to incorporate a knife sharpener in the cutting board itself. The grater up top is pretty ingenious as well even though the surface area of it is quite small its great to have for a quick garlic/ginger grate right there on the cutting board. This thing is very sturdy, heavy, feels very good quality and feels like it should last a lifetime. I love how versatile the dual sided board is with two different materials, the metal titanium side i usually use for meats, whilst the wheat straw side I mainly use for veggies. Feels very sanitary and I feel safer using this than other plastic cutting boards!
