Ich schlafe meistens auf der Seite und hatte oft das Problem, dass mein Arm unter dem Kopf taub wurde. Mit diesem Kissen passiert das kaum noch. Die Armffnungen sind echt hilfreich — der Arm liegt natrlicher, ohne dass man sich verrenken muss.
Der Memory-Schaum gibt guten Halt fr Nacken und Schulter. Nicht zu weich, nicht zu hart, genau richtig, damit man entspannt liegen kann. Auch wenn ich nachts mal die Position ndere, bleibt die Form stabil und drckt nicht unangenehm.
Die Bezge fhlen sich weich an, sind atmungsaktiv und lassen sich schnell abnehmen und waschen. Auch nach dem Waschen bleiben sie in Form und sitzen sauber auf dem Kissen, was ich sehr praktisch finde.
Der grte Unterschied: Ich kann endlich seitlich schlafen, ohne dass der Arm einschlft, und morgens fhlt sich der Nacken deutlich entspannter an.
Fr alle Seitenschlfer mit Schulter- oder Armproblemen definitiv eine sprbare Verbesserung.

The armholes give me a comfortable place to rest my arm without twisting my shoulder. The memory foam feels high quality and molds nicely to my head and neck for great support. It stays cool and doesn’t flatten out like my old pillows. The shape takes a night or two to get used to, but once you do, it’s incredibly comfortable. I’ve noticed my shoulders and back feel more relaxed in the morning. I’ve been sleeping much deeper and waking up feeling great every morning.

Two roomy arm tunnels let me thread an arm through and spare me the dead-arm sensation that used to wake me halfway through a late-night film with the twins sprawled across the sofa.
Although the shape looks unusual, the pillow shares the same length and width as a standard adult one. The contoured edge slips neatly between my knees when my right hip starts grumbling after a long run along the seafront. The light grey cover breathes well even when our retriever decides my head is the perfect place to curl up. Both supplied cases zip off, cope with a 40-degree wash, and slide back on without drama, and after three washes the seams are still tight with no loose threads.

Coming flat packed and needing a hot minute to fill to side this is a firm and wonderfully plush pillow in general that excels at being a side sleeping one exactly how i need it.
Its rigid, not rigid to sleep on but the legs are strong that it wont sag as you roll over during the night. The height is perfect that it supports but doesnt strain my neck at a weird angle or have any roughness when i wake up with the middle part adding a touch more softness that you can feel even with the extra case on it.
It lets you sleep on your side with your arm under, “doom scroll” without the need to roll often and theres even a little pocket on the back for your phone. You can even rotate it up and use it as a bed sofa of sorts with the arms protruding giving you good elbow support.
