This is a Proper Air Mattress Coil springs but air chambers 40 of them and they do their job . This mattress even has a non slide Bottom for the price it is affordable

Overall this thing rocks and it’s so versatile with the built in pump. We use when company comes over in spare bedroom, great for when we have family camp out nights in back yard here in Georgia. Also great for going camping too. If im being totally honest this mattress might be more comfortable then my own bed lol truly!
