Received these pillows and few days ago. The outer fabric is soft and there is plenty of plump. I was concerned about how the pillow might go flat during the night but that is definitely not a problem. I haven’t really noticed anything in regard to the cooling effect. Looks pretty well put together.
My husband absolutely adores these pillows. He is a back sleeper, and since he started using one, he has been sleeping through the night. He actually said this is some of the best sleep he has had, which says a lot about how comfortable and supportive the pillow is for his sleeping position.
The quality is superior. The shredded memory foam feels substantial and supportive, and the gusseted construction helps the pillow maintain its shape instead of flattening throughout the night. I also love the cooling fabric. It has a noticeably cool, breathable feel that makes the pillow much more comfortable, especially during warmer nights.
For me personally, the comfort is a little different. I alternate between sleeping on my side and stomach, and I find these pillows a bit too fluffy, firm, and substantial for my preference. They provide more loft and support than I typically like, particularly when sleeping on my stomach. I do appreciate that the fill is adjustable, so there is some flexibility to customize the height.
Even though they aren’t quite my ideal pillow, I can’t fault the quality at all. They feel exceptionally well made, the removable washable covers are a great feature, and the cooling material is fantastic.
Overall, these have been an incredible find for my husband. Seeing him sleep comfortably through the night and hearing him say he’s getting some of his best sleep makes them well worth it. For a back sleeper who prefers a fuller, supportive pillow, I think they’re an excellent choice.
Very firm pillows
These memory foam pillows are made of great quality material especially for the price. They came vacuumed sealed and packaged securely. It didn’t take long for them to fully fluff up to their original size. I tend to get hot when I sleep so the cooling foam was definitely a must when finding the right pillows. These pillows are very heavy and firm with no flexibility. It does offer the support you need, but I would like it to be a bit on the squishier side. They definitely have that high-end look to them and I really do love that they have a removable washable cover for easy maintenance. I will say even though I do prefer them to be on the softer side, my husband said the firmness was perfectly on point so they’re officially his new favorite pillows.
These pillows are surprisingly heavy and come tightly vacuum packed in a box about 1/3 of their size. Once you pop open the plastic bag and pull the pillows out, they begin to expand to their full size. I let them rest and expand for about 24 hours after unpacking them; just to be sure I got the best first experience. These “queen” sized pillows fit any standard pillow case and do not leave any baggy fabric to bunch up like the slightly smaller “standard” sized pillows. The pillows have a lot of middle of the road qualities to them, such as not too soft but not too firm, easy to bend and conform but not too flat, supportive but not too hard to irritate pressure points, etc. Since they are heavier, they tend to stay on the bed if you toss and turn a lot; I wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of a pillow fight with one of these pillows. With just one of these pillows, I replaced two contoured memory foam pillows and didn’t have much adjustment in the night; it was basically comfortable from the first night onward. Since these pillows are somewhat pliable, I am also able to scrunch the edge of the pillow up under my neck for when I want that contoured pillow effect. I’m a back and side sleeper, so these pillows work great for my situation. These might be some of the best pillows I’ve slept upon without having an adjustment period to get used to them. So far I have found these shredded memory foam pillows to be superior over solid memory foam, feather, poly-fill, down, etc. It could be that they are perfect for my sleeping style, but I’m impressed as to how good these pillows are right out of the box.
Not what I was looking fo
Not what I’m looking for but other members of the family will be happy to have them.
They are weighty. I want a pillow that is firm in the center yet soft on the outside with a lot of height. These are not the ones.
I’ve tried quite a few memory foam pillows over the years, and this queen-size set of two has quickly become one of my favorites. Right out of the package, the pillows expanded nicely after a short amount of time. There was only a very slight “new foam” smell, and it disappeared within a day.
The adjustable shredded memory foam filling is one of the biggest advantages. Instead of being stuck with a pillow that’s either too high or too flat, I was able to remove a small amount of filling until I found the perfect loft for my sleeping style. This customization made a noticeable difference in comfort and neck support.
The support is excellent without feeling overly firm. The shredded memory foam conforms to the shape of my head and neck while still providing enough resistance to keep everything properly aligned. I wake up with far less neck stiffness than I experienced with my old pillows.
As someone who changes positions throughout the night, I appreciate how versatile these pillows are. They work equally well whether I’m sleeping on my side, back, or stomach. Side sleeping provides excellent shoulder and neck support, while back sleeping feels balanced without pushing my head too far forward. Even stomach sleeping is comfortable after adjusting the loft.
The cooling performance is another pleasant surprise. The breathable cover helps prevent heat from building up, and the shredded foam allows for better airflow than solid memory foam pillows. While no pillow stays ice cold all night, these definitely sleep cooler than many traditional memory foam options and remain comfortable throughout the night.
The gusseted edges help the pillows maintain their shape and provide consistent support across the entire surface. They don’t flatten immediately after laying down, and they quickly regain their shape each morning. The removable cover is soft, well-made, and easy to remove for washing, making maintenance simple.
The overall quality impressed me. The stitching is clean, the zipper feels durable, and both pillows appear to be well constructed. Receiving two pillows in the set makes this an excellent value, especially considering the level of comfort and adjustability.
If I had one small suggestion, it would be to include a storage bag for any extra foam removed during adjustment so it’s easier to save for future use. That’s a very minor detail and doesn’t affect the excellent performance of the pillows.
Overall, these pillows offer the perfect combination of comfort, support, adjustability, and cooling. They have noticeably improved my sleep quality, reduced morning neck discomfort, and stay comfortable throughout the night. Whether you’re a side, back, or stomach sleeper—or someone who simply sleeps hot, this set is an excellent investment. I would happily recommend these pillows to anyone looking for a customizable, high-quality upgrade.
