This lumbar support memory foam pillow is exactly what I was looking for. I have had several back surgeries over the past few years, and I struggle everyday trying to find the right pillow to give me the comfort that I need. I have purchased so many, some work better than others. Being a business owner, I do a great deal of setting at my desk in an office chair that for the most part is very comfortable. I have to say that this support pillow seem to check off all of the boxes. The support that it provides is consistent, it is fully adjustable, and I really appreciate that even after sitting for extended periods of time, it does not retain heat or make my back hot. The cover is machine washable, but I don’t think I would put it in the dryer, for obvious reasons. Whether you are working at home, the office, or traveling, you can depend on this support pillow. This is a very durable and reasonably priced lumbar support pillow. I have paid a whole lot more for a support that was a much less quality product. This is well worth the cost, and I highly recommend it.
Unlike a few other reviewers of this product, I actually have ordered this support pillow and can speak from personal experience, not just from looking at photos. First of all, the pillow actually feels really nice. The material is soft and spongey. It is designed to fit on an office chair. The smaller pillow in the center is on an adjustable strap, so you can move it upward or downward to fit right in your lumbar space. I tried it out on my office chair. While the pillow does fit nicely on the chair, I found that there is so much depth to the pillow that I end up sitting more toward the front of the chair, with my knees hanging off the edge, which is actually less comfortable than just sitting with my back against the actual chair. The other drawback for me is the price. I’ve found other lumbar support pillows that will work similarly for less. This pillow is currently $35.99 (as of this writing). As a side note, my husband found a use for this on the couch in the living room. It has more space than an office chair and works quite nicely there.
Soft, Supportive, and Comfortable
This lumbar pillow is exactly what I needed. It’s soft and comfortable while still providing plenty of support. It fits nicely against my lower back and makes sitting for longer periods much more comfortable. Overall, it’s a great balance of comfort and support and has been just what I was looking for and the quality is great!
I haven’t purchased this lumbar back support, but after studying the product images closely, it’s clear this is a step up from basic back pillows. What really catches my eye is the adjustable middle pad—shown with directional arrows in the listing—which lets you move the support up or down to hit exactly where you need it most, whether that’s the lower lumbar region or just above the hips. The padding in the images looks dense and supportive, not flimsy, and the black finish gives it a clean, professional look that would work in any setting. From the visuals, it seems this back support is built to address the root causes of sitting-related back pain, rather than just masking symptoms. It’s definitely on my shortlist of ergonomic products to try, as the design appears both thoughtful and effective.
A nice suppo
Got this for my 91 y/o mom that’s too short to reach the floor when she sits and can’t seem to manage to sit back in her chairs enough to be comfortable. This is a great option for her to not only sit her more forward, but to also help her back when sitting. She isn’t arching and bending forward. This helps her sit upright and straighter. She took off the center pillow – which just clips on/off, because it pushes her back in an uncomfortable arc backwards, but she loves it without it anyways. She says it’s comfortable, soft yet stable, thick and gives her the support she needs. She gives it the thumbs up.
This is the best back support cushion I’ve ever tried! The pillow is soft but firm enough to be supportive. I love that it supports but is thinner than many cushions, so it does not feel like it’s pushing me forward in my chair or taking up too much room. It is just the right depth. My favorite feature though is the adjustable lumbar cushion. I am short and short waisted, so every other lumbar pillow hits way too high (mid back). This one adjusts down perfectly to where my actual lumbar is located. It is a comfortable fit and the amount of support it provides is perfect. The adjustment is super easy and the quality, sturdiness, and portability of the pillow seem excellent. There was no noticeable odor. I highly recommend this cushion!!
This was really effective - highly recommended
I bought a back support previously that I thought would be perfect as it was supposed to be secured in place with straps. I found that this was much much more effective just sitting there on my chair and having that adjustment for the lumbar support height is all I needed.
I can’t say that the design is simple as I’m not sure what kind of R&D go into it, but the deployment and use of it is very simple and very effective. It just works after throwing it onto my chair and my back is much happier.
I think this is worth a try for anyone struggling with back issues while sitting.
