The size of this bag works perfectly for my gear. The internal dividers are excellent, letting me carry my softbox and light stands together while keeping them separated. It protects my softbox really well and is comfortable to carry. Would definitely buy again if I upgrade my equipment later.
Perfect tripod bag!
I got this for my large tripod. It’s surprisingly spacious, the inner dividers help keep everything from banging together. Padding is decent for outdoor transport. Shoulder strap is sturdy. Fits all my gear without forcing the zipper. Happy with my purchase.
Just enough space for a few stands
This bag is just enough space for the couple of light stands that I’d like to carry on site when doing a photo shoot. I’ve put two light stands in it, plus my two bowens mount adapters. I can’t fit my two bowens mount soft boxes in it, I guess those are too big for a 7″ bag circumference. The 11″ bag circumference probably would’ve been perfect for me to be able to fit my light sources inside. I’ll just carry those separately for the mean time.
The padding on the inside of the case isn’t anything super special. It’s not overly padded, but also not paper thin. The zippers seem fine. The connection points for the shoulder strap seem a little flimsy, I guess time will tell. Overall, this is the bag I’d expect for the price point. I’d recommend it for someone who doesn’t have a ton of things to haul.
Useful carrying case for light stands
This carrying case is a little thinner than I personally prefer, but I do think it has enough material to hold up without ripping easily over time.
The size works well for carrying longer gear like tripods, light stands, or similar equipment, and I like that it gives everything one place to go instead of having stands loose in the closet or car.
The padding is not the thickest, so I would not treat it like a heavy-duty hard case, but for normal carrying and storage it feels useful. It gives enough protection for the kind of gear I would put in it.
Overall, I am happy with it. I would prefer it to be a bit thicker, but it still feels practical, roomy, and sturdy enough for everyday use.
