I definitely wouldn’t call these pillows “medium soft.” In reality, they don’t have much give at all, which ended up holding your head up at a bit of an angle. They really didn’t work out for my husband because of that, but my daughter actually loves how firm they are, so they didn’t go to waste.
The quality itself is really nice—the 100% cotton cover feels great—so I don’t have complaints about how they’re made. Just keep in mind that they lean heavily on the firm side despite the description. If you’re someone who genuinely likes a firm, supportive pillow, you’ll probably love these!
Medium firmness but very plush. I switched out my wife’s pillow without telling her, then asked the next morning how she slept and she approved. They really don’t need to be fluffed which is nice and this is the first pillow I had brought in a long time that I was actually satisfied with. We did put them in queen size pillow cases. So that’s a pro-tip

These pillows are really nice. They aren’t too tall or too firm, and they give me the right amount of support. I have neck issues and these seem to work really well for me. After using these, I don’t think I can go back to buying cheap pillows! Super glad I got these pillows! They are a nice quality pillow, will buy another set for the lake house so I don’t have to keep transporting back and forth.
These are clearly well made pillows, well sewn, piped edges, etc. and Oeko Tex verified so the materials are safe.
Unfortunately because of the way the Queen medium firmness pillow is stuffed, there isn’t really much squish to bunch up some filling to support the neck. It pushes the head forward towards the chest when you’re on your back. Not great support side lying either. I tried a few times but there is no way I can sleep on this pillow. I would assume the same for a firm or king pillow. Would not recommend for anyone with airway or neck issues.
But it works great upright as back support! Because of this and the material quality, I’m giving this item 4 stars.
These pillows are absolutely amazing! They have that soft, plush, luxurious feel you would expect from a high-end hotel. They’re incredibly comfortable without feeling flat or unsupportive, and they make my bed feel like a five-star hotel every night.
