The bes
I love these! I bake banana breads and pound cakes in here and they are amazing! The only thing is I wish it was a lid and not a bag.
Great quality and size and very sturdy!
These are extremely great for small loaves and PERFECT for gifts.
I waited until I could test these because I wanted to ensure I could bake little sourdough loaves in them at 450F, and they held up very well. My loaves pictured were very small as I divided my standard full loaf that weighs about 900-940g pre-bake into 4 loaves.
I baked for 20 minutes covered with an oven-safe bowl then about 20 minutes uncovered with steam.
The bags are very nice and did not tear easily. They came with an ample amount of twist-ties.
I gave some away to a fellow baker and hope to fill these with little bread loaves or other delicious treats.
For anyone wondering, I would use a 300 gram pre-baked fully proofed loaf and I did overnight proof in the pans.
Perfect for Parties!
These were just what I needed for my Fourth of July party this year! Came super fast, just as advertised. The best part is you can bake them in the oven, so no need to transfer your food into this after! When pulling out of the oven, the only thing I noticed was to be careful as they can lose their shape when you press them. I put them on flat baking sheets to give them stability in the oven. The cellophane that it came with was perfect to wrap them up and transport them to my party!
I ordered the confetti design on the mini loaf pans, and they are really cute. There are two different designs, colored circles and colored lines. I like that the colors are more pastel because it makes them appropriate for any occasion. The set comes with 50 mini pans of each design (100 total), 50 bags and some very fancy gold twist ties.
The pans are coated on the inside to be stronger and resist being saturated by the batter. I made banana bread, and nothing soaked through the pan. I used a toaster oven at 350 with no ill effects on the paper baking pan. I also tested baking without greasing the inside, and the bread came loose easily, just not as well as the greased pan loaf.
Everything is there to make your baked treats look as good as they’ll taste. The bake sales, parties, and gifts for family and friends will be that much better using this nifty kit.
