I must say, I was way way way more impressed by this frame than I could have ever expected!!
Before I even got to the thing itself, the packaging actually took my breath away. It comes complete with a branded gift bag, in a box that looks like an enormous vellum-bound tome, wrapped in a bow. Once you open the gift box, you are met with more careful wrapping and presentation. This company really cares about their product from first impression to use. The frame itself is made to genuinely look like a matte black wood grain picture frame, with a matte to make it smaller, where the photos actually show. There are ribbon ends underneath the frame to make it easily lifted out. And the accessories? It comes with a charging cord of course, but they also included a box!! What a bonus these days!
Okay, but how does it work? It’s super easy.
1) download the app and give it your email and permissions
2) turn on the frame and go through the basic setup of langauge, date, time, name and wifi.
3) have the frame generate a code for you to enter in your app
4) upload photos!
It happens instantly and easily. No fuss, just about two clicks and the photos are on the frame. And you can control everything in the frames touch screen. Want to delete a picture? Tap, tap, done. Want to see all of them? Just swipe.

Super nice 10.1 digital picture frame
Let me start with the box, because honestly it deserves its own mention. When this arrived, it didn’t look like something that just got shipped to my doorstep. It came in a beautiful white gift box with gold accents and a gold satin ribbon tied into a bow right on top. The branding looks elegant and premium, and the whole presentation genuinely feels like you’re opening a luxury gift.
Once you get past the stunning box, the frame itself does not disappoint. It has a thick 2-inch wood-finish border around the 10.1-inch screen that makes it look like an actual picture frame you’d hang on your wall or set on a mantle, not like a tablet propped up on a plastic stand. The black finish is sleek and clean, and the display itself is bright, sharp, and vivid with a 1280×800 IPS HD touchscreen.
The storage is impressive, with 32GB that can hold up to 20,000 photos. That’s a massive amount of memories stored in one place, and it means you’re not going to run out of space anytime soon. If somehow you did need even more room, there’s also a MicroSD slot to expand it further.

I have used the Aura frame in the past and really loved it, but I wanted the brown wood color which is why I ordered this version. It’s beautiful, but I don’t love it as much as the aura. The app isn’t as initiative and you’re limited as to how many images you can upload at once. 10 at a time isn’t enough for what I’m trying to do. You do have many different ways it can be adjusted and setup which is nice and the calendar feature is cool, but it’s just not as intuitive as the aura. I do love the size and the frame and the picture quality is lovely.
Beautiful Digital Frame for Sharing Family Memories
This digital picture frame is a wonderful way to share photos with family members, especially those who live far away. The ability to send pictures directly from a phone makes it feel much more personal than a traditional frame sitting on a shelf.

First, the image quality is absolutely STUNNING on this smart picture frame. We chose the nice wood-grain frame and it looks great in our home. The build quality is top notch and the simple attention to detail on the unpackaging is crazy nice. (This will be a gift for someone from us soon). The entire process of setting this up felt special and it was flawless. I wasn’t confused at any time and I was able to go from the taped box to a frame accepting pictures from mine and my wife’s phones within 5 minutes. Again, the picture quality is amazing and it is also a touchscreen!
So, now for the technology. The Frameo app is super well-made and well-received. It is solid and controls nearly everything you need. Yes, you can pay for an account, but you can also do a TON with the free account and it’s not a trial period. My favorite part is the Google Calendar on the right side of the picture. At any time, I can walk over to the frame, click an item on the calendar, then our ENTIRE family’s calendar is displayed on the gorgeous screen with touch-enabled navigation. The features are amazingly long to list and the setup and connectivity are full-proof.
We are now thinking about getting these for our parents so that we can give them they happiness we have, especially with the new and unexpected photos showing up whenever someone you have given access to upload adds to the gallery. There are so many adjustable options that if you think of it, it’s probably already an options. Love this frame!!
This is such great value for money and a really good quality product – I can’t believe how good it is at this price point.
It would make such a wonderful gift for someone, as the packaging is simply stunning. It comes in the most beautiful box and separate gift bag is provided. Upon opening, it’s very impressive as it comes with a smaller version of the frame and screen, but a beautiful surrounding of a larger type frame if you wanted to make it more of a centrepiece. It has the option to hang it on the wall or display it using the stand on a shelf or somewhere similar.
The frame can be rotated from horizontal to portrait by simply adjusting the stand on the back.
It comes with a small power adapter, and I love that it has 32GB of built-in storage – so it has everything you need ready to go. That’s a lot of inbuilt storage so I can’t imagine most people would fill that up with all the pictures that they want displayed.
It was so much easier to set up than other frames that I’ve got that are triple the price!
Set up was literally about a minute! I plugged it in, added the Wi-Fi details to the really nice touchscreen, scanned the code in the manual to get the app and it’s so easy to upload photos.
I love that when you upload a photo in the app it allows you to adjust the framing to get the best fit.
It handles lots of different formats, such as JPEG, jpg, HEIC and more.
It has an excellent feature where you can provide friends and family with a code so they can directly update your frame with pictures that they might be taking so that you feel more connected to everybody.
At this price point, I still can’t believe some of the features that it has included such as linking your calendar from android or iOS so the event events will display on the frame. You can enable notifications so if friends or family add photos it will let you know.
And then there’s so much more to customize such as the brightness level of the screen, how long each photo shows up for and whether they’re displayed in date order or randomized. You can turn on and off the weather, clock and date along with many other options. There’s even a collage mode which displays a slideshow of multiple photos at a time. So easy to adjust settings, just by tapping the screen once, and you can also scroll through your photos like you were on your phone.
There is a subscription option, which is pretty cheap at $1.99 per month or $16.99 per year. This allows you to add video clips to the frame, and some other features, such as the safety of enabling cloud storage for up to five frames. I don’t need either of those features. I’m happy with everything that it already comes with.
I’d like to buy more of these to have in different places around the house as it’s such good value and so easy to upload photos. It’s not a huge jumping price from a premium photo frame let alone a digital one with a nice screen. It’s a must buy!

I got it to share more interaction with family members and a few close friends, some of whom live close by and others who live out of state, and it’s quickly become indispensable. Instead of texting photos that get lost in a message thread, everyone can send pictures straight to the frame from their phones. Setup took just a few minutes to connect to Wi-Fi, and the Frameo app makes it easy to invite others to start sharing photos.
The display looks sharp and bright, with good color and wide viewing angles. The touchscreen is responsive, and navigating through photos or changing settings is straightforward.
