I’m giving this sound bar a 5-star review mainly because of the clarity of the sound it produces and because it’s easy to set up and use.
As I unpacked the gear, I saw that there were several ways you could set up the soundbar, including having a single long soundbar (which can be mounted on a wall) or having two vertical towers. I chose the vertical towers because, among other advantages for me, the long cable allows for more stereo separation (see photo)
As you can see in another photo, they’ve included a sizable array of cables and other accessories, as well as a remote control (two AAA batteries are not included). This allows for lots of ways for you to get sound from your device (TV, smartphone, etc.) to the soundbar. The cables include coaxial, auxiliary, HDMI ARC and optical.
The first thing I did to test sound quality was to connect my iPhone via Bluetooth. You can choose the mode (like Bluetooth or auxiliary) on the remote or by pressing a button on one of the speakers. Your choice is shown in red lights on one of the speakers (see photo). The lights also indicate when you press volume up or down, and other buttons, on the remote.
Because I was curious about bass response, I first played a recording by Charles Mingus, the jazz bassist. The sound was clear on all the instruments, and there was a surprising amount of bass. That said, of course this soundbar is not going to give you the bass of a dedicated 12-inch $800. subwoofer, but I asked my wife what she thought and she said, “Sounds great!”
I wanted to check another mode and another sound source, so I hooked up the included cable to my TV’s Aux output. I tested it on an episode of The Great British Baking show, because that program has a lot of people talking with various accents and levels. The voices came through loud and clear.
After running through the tests, I’ve put the soundbar where I need it most, in my living room, where I don’t have any audio system. I placed them at the left and right sides of a fireplace I don’t use (see photo). They’re just right for playing music Blutoothed from my phone.
I like every aspect of this sound bar.
It is extremely versatile and has many set up capability. It can either be one long sound bar two separate pieces that stand is towers or one/two pieces that can be mounted on the wall.
I use the included optical cable for very Superior sound quality.
I thought my TV speakers sounded great alone but when I hook these up the sound became completely full without having to add extra volume. But when I want that extra volume well this sound bar can get very loud without any distortion.
I have hooked my turntable to it, My television, My phone via the Bluetooth hook up which was very easy to connect. I’m sure any device that you want to hook to this will sound great.
Your sound can be hooked up through the HDMI port, the Optical cable, auxiliary input, Bluetooth, regular video RCA wires. The technology is excellent .
I don’t have room for one straight long bar and that’s why I have stayed away from most sound bars. I love that I can have one side laying flat in front of the television while the other one is on the tower slightly behind and angled out so the sound fills the room perfectly. No separate subwoofer needed!
The remote control allows you to change which input you are using, adjust the sound capability whether it is using the trouble or bass yourself or switching to 3D mode, and the volume… use at your own risk it is very loud once you get past level 11. And that is not a bad thing I’m sure my next party is going to be rocking with music loud and proud!!!
I had been looking for a soundbar for a smaller room and came across this product and I have to say, I’m impressed with what you get for the price. The sound quality is good and fills a smaller room without being overwhelming.
Setup was easy, just plug it in with the included HDMI ARC cable. It worked seamlessly with my TV, and the remote is simple to use. I especially like the option to separate the Left and Right channels and use them vertically with the included stands. Bluetooth also worked well without any connection issues. Any cables that you would need are included as well which was a nice surprise.
For anyone on a budget looking for an upgrade from their TV’s built-in speakers, this soundbar is a good choice. It delivers solid performance without breaking the bank. Great for casual viewing and light audio needs.
This soundbar literally does it all! I really like that it’s very compact and comes with all of the cables (including HDMI) that you need to set it up easily. The design is flexible and allows you to use it as a one piece soundbar or separate the speakers into 2 pieces on a stand to place either below or on the sides of your tv entertainment center. With my current setup, I chose to setup as a single soundbar right under the bottom center of the tv. It’s looks sleek and the black color blends in well with my entertainment center.
I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the sound quality of this unit which has great clarity and a good amount of bass that is much louder than my standard tv sound. This has made it very fun to watch action movies in particular and to use when playing video games. It’s like getting the same effect of a full home theater sound without all of the extra bulky speakers and wiring. I also like that I can easily connect the speaker to my phone and stream music to it via Bluetooth. The remote is also very simple and easy to use to conveniently adjust the volume.
I like this soundbar a lot so far and am considering buying another one to add to my home office for use during meetings and conference calls. All in all, this is a really good value at an affordable price compared to other soundbars that I’ve researched and I suggest you give it a try for yourself!
Not sure why the 69.99 system says 2.2ch and extra subwoofer. When it does not include an extra standalone subwoofer.
I feel like I ordered the wrong one but it Does what it says. Easy to connect, I was able to get it hooked up to a non-smart tv 32inch Vizio flat tv that I purchased in 2009. I still use it in my room and the volume just stopped working. No Dolby no issue. TV translated audio.
So I needed new speakers and I didn’t want to break the bank, these were perfect.
In hindsight I wish I would have paid attention and purchased the ones with a sub woofer as these are not the best sound quality but definitely are not bad so it works well for my room since I don’t plan on blasting music anyways with too mush emphasis on base.
So update i was only testing the Blue tooth which paired fairly fast however the sound quality was kind of lacking however when I switched to AUx on my tv it was much more crisp and sound level 10 was very loud alone and overbearing in a good way.
Very pleased now I’m definitely salty I did not purchase the subwoofer for those lower notes.
The Bluetooth sound is softer and weaker than then wired stereo which I guess makes sense. Just kinda sucks.

OK, first of all I thought it was wireless & it is not. That was a dislike. I thought it was a sound bar with 2 additional speakers. I guess I didn’t read or look into it like I should have. That’s my fault. I was just trying to find the best priced sound bar and this was the best priced sound bar at the time on amazon to arrive the next day. The quality is just OK. Reflecting the price. I could not get it to connect to my TV by HDMI so I had to connect it through the AUX cord & that worked perfectly. All the pieces in the pic in the beginning were overwhelming, but it was an easy installation & only took about 30 min and Playing around with it. I’m using it in my bedroom. I would def get a better sound system for my Living Room!!! As you can see in the pics, the 2 speakers are connected, connected by 1 cord on either side of the table. You can connect them together as one long speaker. I really wanted to put them on either side of the bed, but the cords are not long enough, and I thought they were wireless. The Size is perfect. Portability yes easily, volume control is easy with its own remote. I also like that, I can hook it Bluetooth to my phone and play music in my bedroom from my phone. it says there is a subwoofer, I have the base all the way up on the TV and on the sound bar, unfortunately, I was looking for more bass. not enough for me!

Easy to assemble with quick-start instructions stuck to the back of the speaker. I had this up and running in about five minutes. I used the soundbar in the configuration you see pictured, but the box includes bases in case you want to break the bar into two pieces and spread them out. The interlocking mechanism allowing you to break/join the soundbar is well designed, easy to operate, bad sturdy. Sound quality is fine for its price point. It won’t flood the house with sound, but it would be great for a small apartment or studio. I had trouble getting the Bluetooth to pair with my Samsung TV, so I connected with one of the supplied cables (lots are in the box: HDMI, optical, and more). The Bluetooth did work with my phone, however, so maybe other TVs will pair. All in all, it’s a very affordable unit with lots of features. Hard to quibble about too much given this price point. For casual use it’ll do the job.
