Quick and easy disable
I have a 2022 Ram 1500 big horn with the etorque system. Have had it a few years and and the stop/start junk can definitely be annoying. Some days I wouldn’t really notice it and other days I couldn’t hit the button to disable it quick enough. I was able to install this in about 3 minutes – just unplug one connector from the security module and plug this in – super easy. With it installed the orange light showing it turned off stays illuminated and the screen showing the status lists it as off. Happy with it so far and it’s easy enough to remove if I ever want to. This seems to be well made – no issues with any of the connectors or wires being loose or anything. I didn’t need the included pry tool or zip ties for it either.
