Great but the app does not work well
The app could better.
So far after a few days of using I have to say that this has eliminated multiple ways we have been doing things. It’s so nice to have it all in one spot. And my kids love earning stars for rewards. However, I gave only 4 starts because the app gives me a lot of issues. It places chores on the wrong days and if I have to adjust or remove something, it often won’t update correctly. I added a chore for Saturday for my kids and it shows it on Sun, Mon and Tues! It’s very frustrating. This is suppose to make things easier. If the app would work properly this would be a perfect product. Hopefully there is a fix. If not I may have to return eventually.
This frame is super easy to use & customize. Super fast learning curve and directions were not really needed beyond the basics. You just download the app add a user with the code provide from the frame and you are connected! You can upload 9 pictures at a time. From the frame you can easily adjust the frame to zoom in on the picture or show it vertical or horizontal by tapping on the screen. You can easily touch the frame to zoom in and out of a picture as well. One thing I love is that I can delete a photo I don’t want any longer which will free up room. One last fun feature is the sound quality when I added a short video clip. Definitely a keeper for our family.
Loving the ability to enter chores and rewards through my app. The kids have absolutely loved selecting their rewards after completing their chores. They easily figured out how to use it. The app was easy too. This isn’t as robust as skylight, but no subscription service is a huge benefit.
So far I’ve been pleased with the smart frame. Super easy to set up and good picture quality. It also plays videos which is pretty cool that I’ve never seen before in a digital picture frame. I really like how you can share a secret code with friends and family and they can remotely add pictures to the frame. I’m going to give this frame to my parents so they can continually see new pictures of our baby. Just add the picture from your phone to the app and they automatically appear on the frame. It also works with Alexa but I haven’t tried that feature yet. Overall good frame, especially for the price.

Cornice digitale ben fatta, esteticamente bella e rispecchia le foto del prodotto. Molto semplice la configurazione e l’invio delle foto da app dedicata. Ottima la programmazione di spegnimento e accensione. Prezzo veramente buono. Imballaggio accurato e completo di tutto il necessario. Touch schermo sensibile. Ne acquister sicuramente un’altra per regalarla.
The frame is fantastic, easy to set up and easy to use. The picture quality is great. I did have a problem with my first one, it shut down and I could not get it back running, but I had a great experience with Ashley in customer service. Even though I was just one month over the 1 year warranty date they replaced my frame and I was able to upload many of the picture from the history on the apps. How ever pictures from others would have to be added by them. I should have back them up on a separate source, my fault, I will do this next time.
I am in love with this. I got scared at first because the screen. I turned it on to set it up and the touch screen didn’t seem to want to work properly. I turned it off and on again and never had a problem since. Its easy to upload photos and you can also give your family at code to upload as well. I find that fascinating. Now my sister from 8 hours away can upload as well. Pictures looks amazing. Easy app, I would definitely buy another.
