I got this Adjustable Height Makeup Mirror with LIghts that magnifies 20x on one side and 1x on the other because I use these to apply makeup and have had several over the years. This one was a winner for me for a few reasons!
First, the magnification level! It’s hard to find one that has a 1x and a 20x on opposite side. I use 20x for eyelash cluster applications and eyebrow work specifically. But need a 1x for distance applications. Many of these are 3x or 5x…sometimes 10x which is doable but 20x is spot on for eyebrow and eyelash, eyeliner application if you want a flawless professional application.
Second…the height adjustment being very tall. I apply makeup at my home office desk and don’t care to bend down to apply . This mirror is a winner because it truly adjusts to a much taller height than most all other mirrors. And at same time will adjust to a low level. I use it at it’s highest height and don’t have to bend down at all. It’s absolutely perfect!
Third…the BRIGHTNESS of the LED light is very bright, brighter than others I have! There are three settings. Warm yellow light, Blue/white bright daylight light and third…a blended combo of the two. I typically use the bright warm or bright white the most. Really lights up bright and the battery…lasts a good bit. I have to charge it atleast once weekly. I apply makeup daily. I’d say plan on charging once a week. Possibly twice. The light will start to be less bright as the charge fades. You will know when to charge. While charging it’s a red light appearing. Once fully charged, it turns green so you know when fully charged.
Overall this is a high quality, very well made, sturdy makeup mirror with top class magnification and very bright lighting compared to other makeup mirrors. Additionally….home interior design wise, it doesn’t disappoint. It looks classy and elegant and will compliment if not improve the look of your vanity! I highly recommend this mirror!

It is strong, robust and weighted well. It was easy to fit together. It stands perfectly on my dresser and it is USB-C rechargeable. A stylish mirror with lighting options that actually make a difference
The mirror has settled into my space in a way I didn’t expect. Because it runs without cables, I can shift it from my bureau to the bathroom whenever I need a different setup, and it still looks intentional wherever it lands. The shape and finish feel calm and tidy, which makes it blend in rather than shout for attention.
What I appreciate most is the magnification. It gives me a close look at small areas without warping my reflection, which makes tasks like refining eyeliner or checking texture much easier. The lighting options add another layer of usefulness. Being able to switch between cooler and warmer tones helps me judge how my face will look in different environments, and I’ve already caught a few makeup mistakes I would have missed under a single light setting.
The touch control is responsive, though it does collect fingerprints. Thankfully it wipes clean with almost no effort. Assembly was quick and once I tightened the joints, the mirror stayed exactly where I positioned it. It feels stable even when I tilt it repeatedly.
If you want a mirror that looks good sitting out, offers practical lighting choices, and provides reliable magnification for detailed work, this one fits the bill.
Does the job
This is pretty good value and works well. I got it to add to a student room for that all essential make up application. It’s dual sized and innocuous in the design – although the two screws being a bit off-kilter does trigger my OCD. It’s stable and solidly built. The fact that it has a light around the rim (rechargeable), with 3 levels of brightness is a plus as it allows you to create the right conditions. It was a bit weird to assemble, but the magnification is good and I like that you can swivel it – although it does mean you send up with finger prints around the edge. For occasional or student room use I’d say this is a good item.

For the most part, I give this mirror a positive review. I really like the 20 times magnification on the close-up mirror. That is kind of rare usually it’s 10 times. The three choices of color temperature for the lighting is also handy so you can adjust make up to whatever kind of light you expect to be in. You can also adjust the brightness of the light by holding down the button. I also like the adjustable height. Being powered by a rechargeable battery means it can be set up just about anywhere which is quite handy.
There are also some negatives. The control switch is located on the bottom of the mirror itself, which is OK, but it’s only on one side of the mirror, the flat side. This means in order to turn it on and use it I have to turn it on, then rotate it each time. That is annoying. Also you have to cycle through all the colors each time. Again, kind of a pain. One thing that I found rather shocking listed in the instructions, is they suggest this not be used in a humid environment to avoid rusting. Well, I happen to live in a humid environment. That’s not good. Also these mirrors are often used adjacent to a bathroom. By the nature of showers and baths, they tend to be humid as well. This means I expect this mirror to be rusty in just a few years. So unless you live in a desert environment. I cannot recommend this mirror.
Flash little mirro
This is a very nice tabletop LED mirror. The chrome finish looks quite flash, so it feels a bit more premium sitting on a vanity or bathroom bench than a basic plastic mirror.
The light works well, and I like that pressing the button cycles through different light temperatures. It makes it much easier to use in different rooms or at different times of day. The magnifying side is also handy for close-up grooming, skincare, makeup, or spotting those little blemishes.
Functionally, it’s great. The mirror is a good size, the lighting is useful, and the whole thing looks smart.
The only downside for me is the base. For the size of the mirror, it doesn’t feel quite as rock steady as I’d like, so I’d be a little careful where I place it.
All in all though it’s a stylish and very useful LED mirror with good features. Just a small mark off for the base stability.
