Does C5 Dash Cam come with a memory card?

Does C5 Dash Cam have a 24H parking mode?
Yes, the C5 Dash Cam has 24/7 parking mode. To use parking mode, you’ll need the 3-Lead Hardwire Kit (sold separately – search “B0GTT21DLC”). This connects directly to your car’s battery so the dashcam can record even when the engine is off.

The dash cam has some good features for the price. The 4K front camera provides decent video quality, and having a rear camera and 64GB memory card included is a nice bonus. The 5GHz Wi-Fi and app control are also convenient for viewing and downloading videos.
However, the setup and app could be easier to use, and the overall video quality and features aren’t quite as impressive as I expected. It works as a basic dash cam, but there is definitely room for improvement.
Overall, it’s an average dash cam that gets the job done
I’ve been really happy with this dash cam. The video quality is clear and detailed, both during the day and at night, and it does a great job capturing everything happening on the road. Setup was straightforward, and once it’s installed, you really don’t have to think about it—it just works.
The camera feels well made, starts recording reliably, and the footage is easy to access when needed. It gives me some extra peace of mind knowing I have a clear recording if anything happens while I’m driving.
Overall, it’s been reliable, easy to use, and does exactly what I wanted from a dash cam. Definitely worth it and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good everyday dash cam.
Easy to use and reliable
For the price, this dash cam delivers surprisingly good video quality with clear detail. The Viidure app is user-friendly and makes downloading clips to a phone seamless.
My only complaint is the lack of 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi support—it prevents me from connecting the cam directly to my car’s smart tablet, which doesn’t support 5 GHz. Otherwise, it is a solid, reliable budget camera.
Well worth the price!
Great item and WELL worth the price.
First off fitting the device was super easy, what wasn’t as easy was hiding the cables but this has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PRODUCT as this would apply to any car-based item that has long leads which you want to hide, and the leads which come supplied are very long, certainly long enough to travel from the back of my Estate car to meet the front camera, so don’t worry about them being too short if you have a smaller car.
So, the best part of this camera is… it does what it’s supposed to do!!
The Second best part is that it has a rear camera, and this is REALLY useful, not just for accident recording – which could literally save you thousands of pounds- but also to discourage ‘tailgaters’ (something which I’ve experienced a lot of recently; I also recommend getting a cheap rear-window sticker to warn people that you’re recording them).
The camera sits nicely behind my rear-view mirror, so it does not obstruct my view and has an excellent field of view. (see photos)
Likewise, so does the rear camera. The front records in 4K and the rear 1080p for the rear which is more than adequate.
Both record extremely well at night, especially in well-lit streets.
The camera comes with a 64 GB memory card already installed, which is great and saves you having to buy one (obviously, if you want to record more, you can buy a larger one, as apparently it supports SD cards up to 256 GB.
The kit also comes supplied with;
5 cable clips (not cable ties, actually nice little sticky clips) to tidy up ugly wires which may hang down and if you do a good job, you’ll probably only need two, so having spare ones is useful, 4 electrostatic stickers (Two extra in case you made a mistake), 4 double-sided tape pads, and even a ‘wiring tool’ which is great for tucking cables behind interior trim. (It also comes with one of those mobile phone ‘pins’ to open up the memory card slot on your phone, which is great for me as I’d lost my previous one!), and, obviously, a USB car charger to power it( you’ll need a free 5v cigarette lighter socket for this, but there is also another option; see below)
You need to download an app to get the best out of the cameras, but it is VERY easy to use (even for an old guy like me) and is great for adjusting the settings to suit you.
Even if you don’t download the app (though I strongly recommend that you do), I’m pretty sure that it’ll work straight out of the box if you hook it up to a USB cable (make sure your car has access to one).
If you want to have your Dashcam monitor the car during nighttime (i.e. constantly recording even when the vehicle is off) then you can buy a kit to have it wired directly to the battery, HOWEVER, there is another way to do this; you can buy a cheap OBD charger which fits directly into your OBD port (most modern cars have one near the dashboard, usually it;s hidden) and, PRESTO!, the dashcam stays on recording.
The camera also has a collision sensor, which locks any recording once it senses that the car has had a bump.
It’s actually extremely sensitive (which is good); however, it can also be triggered by speed bumps, potholes, etc., but luckily, you can change the settings in the app.
I reduced mine to a minimum, but it still does a great job locking those potentially important videos from being erased in case that bump was an actual accident of some sort (or even perhaps would be burglars!)
The instructions that arrived with the kit were very clear on how to fit it, and were in English with really clear graphics and diagrams to show you how to install and use it.
Honestly, it was really simple.
One surprising thing was that you can actually use your phone to remote-view what the camera is seeing, as the cam also supports 5G connectivity (my phone only has 4G, but it still works fine).
The manual states it will only work for about 16 feet (5 metres); however, my car is at least 20ft (6.1 metres) away from my house, and I can ‘tap-in’ and remote view (and even save and download dashcam files straight to my phone at that distance).
Which I’ve found to be a really useful little feature…which is almost like having an extended ‘Ring Doorbell’ cam further away from the house!!
Personally, I don’t think you’ll find a better camera, especially for this price!
he app
he camera quality is brilliant! easy to set up with plenty of cable to reach the front and back of the car for each camera. However, the only annoying thing (unless i haven’t figured it out yet!!) is that to access the camera footage on the app, the cameras have to be on and then you connect your phone. this would mean that the engine/battery has to be on to be able to access all of the footage. I have not found an auto-download video footage option. kind of frustrating.
A crucial piece of driving
This dash cam is awesome and very important for driving safety. It’s easy to instal, able to stay on the car and connects easily with its own WiFi. This is a must buy for all drivers who want to drive safely
C5 Excellent Dashcam Highly Recommended
I’m very impressed with the C5 Dashcam. The 4K video quality is excellent, with clear and sharp footage that captures plenty of detail, even in challenging lighting conditions. The camera is compact and discreet, so it doesn’t take up much space on the windscreen and looks great in the car.
Installation was straightforward, and once set up, it’s very easy to use. The recording is reliable, and features such as loop recording and parking monitoring provide extra peace of mind when driving or when the car is parked.
Overall, the C5 dashcam offers great performance, ease of use, and excellent value for money. It feels like a quality product that you can depend on when you need it most. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable and good-quality dashcam.
Crystal clear 4K footage, fast 5GHz WiFi, and a 64GB card includedexcellent value!
I’ve been using this WOOLAACOO dual dash cam for a couple of weeks now, and it has honestly exceeded my expectations, especially considering the very reasonable price point.
Here’s a breakdown of what makes it great:
Video Quality: The front camera captures native 4K footage, and it is incredibly sharp. You can easily read registration plates and road signs, even when driving at speed. The 1080P rear camera does a solid job of monitoring what’s happening behind you, giving total peace of mind.
5GHz WiFi & App Control: This is a game-changer. Most cheap dash cams use slow 2.4GHz WiFi, which takes ages to download videos. The 5GHz bandwidth on this model means you can connect via the app and download video clips to your phone almost instantly if you ever need to show footage to police or insurance.
Ready to Use Out of the Box: I love that it actually includes a high-end 64GB memory card. So many brands force you to buy one separately, but this is truly plug-and-play.
Reliable Features: The loop recording works flawlessly, and I tested the G-sensor (emergency recording) by taking a sharp corner—it immediately locked the video clip so it wouldn’t get overwritten.
Installation & Footprint:
The camera itself is quite compact and hides neatly behind the rearview mirror without obstructing your view. Tucking the wires into the car’s trim took about 15 minutes, and the power cable is plenty long enough to route cleanly.
If you want 24H parking mode, just note that you’ll need to buy a separate hardwire kit (standard for almost all dash cams), but for daily driving protection, everything you need is right here. Highly recommended!
This is an amazing dash cam. Installation was breeze and the video quality and features are top notch. I love how it comes with an SD card already. Pairing it up with your phone is also super easy, and accessing the videos is really convenient. For the price, this dash cam is a must have
Great quality for a good price
I’m very impressed with this dash cam. The video quality is clear and sharp, making it easy to capture license plates and important details while driving. The installation was straightforward, and the camera is compact enough that it doesn’t obstruct my view.
The recording is reliable during both daytime and nighttime driving, and the features are easy to use. I especially like having peace of mind knowing that my trips are being recorded in case an accident or unexpected situation occurs.
Overall, this is a great dash cam for the price. It offers good video quality, useful features, and reliable performance. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and dependable dash cam
