Works well. Is made of durable material. The glass pitcher is heavy and can withstand hot and cold items. I like the color a lot but was disappointed that the logo was put on crooked. Makes it look like a cheaper item than it is. It’s pretty simple, set the pitcher on top, does not twist and lock, and does not have all the buttons the new models have. Just a few speeds and it gets the job done. Comes with a lidded travel cup, no leak issues. Everything is easy to clean.

The motor has plenty of strength for pretty much anything I put in it. Frozen berries, kale, and ice crush down in less than a minute. The overall build quality is really good, especially the glass pitcher which feels durable and safe to use with hot liquids like soups. The travel cup gets used almost daily by my partner on the way out the door, and it has not leaked once in the bag.
