I actually use two different types of pillows depending on how my neck feels that night. One is a Firm Latex Pillow with a slim, low-profile design, and the other is this Cervical Memory Foam Pillow.
I like this one because the contour shape gives my neck more support and helps keep my head and neck in a comfortable position, especially when I sleep on my back or side. The memory foam adapts nicely without feeling too hard.
