Love the blender! It is the only reasonably priced blender that actually will make frozen smoothies, easily! No need to turn it on and off, no need to keep stirring, it just does it easily
Their customer service is really the best though! The mushroom head piece broke 6 months after I bought it.
I reached out to customer service.
I had a response within 24 hours, they were going to check warranty but also offered other options if the warranty did not cover it, and I had a resolution within 48 hours of original contact!

I love to buy products that are trendy. I saw this blender in a reference video and I wanted to try to try it, the noise level it’s perfect, I always make my smoothies and put it on the lowest level and it doesn’t liste
The fact that you can’t put it in the dishwasher is a huge con. Everything else about this blender is excellent. I am hard on blenders and this one stands up well. It is worth the money if you don’t mind handwashing it.
I bought this blender as a Christmas gift for my best friend. Mind you I bought it in October because they had a bang and deal. Come Christmas we opened the blender and the smaller one that she was most interested in because of her smoothies was missing a gasket. The little rubber piece at the top of the lid that keeps everything from gushing out. I was a little nervous, but I reached out to the company and let them know what happened. They quickly went into action, sending me to all the proper spots and now the gasket is on the way here. Their customer service is quick and precise. They keep you informed as to how things are going and even sent a tracking number. The bigger blender container still has the gasket and we were able to use it and we’ve used it for everything from getting stuff ready for a party to just making salsa. Thank you, Prasky for really stepping out there.
