Excellent value for the money
I looked at many different feeders for our two rabbits and ultimately chose BESNEW Extra Large 3 in 1 Rabbit Hay Feeder with Litter Box. I was amazed—this product completely exceeded my expectations and saves rabbit owners a lot of cleaning work. Here are a few points to consider.
1. Size: It’s much larger than many other products and can easily accommodate two adult rabbits.
2. Hay feeder: It has a large capacity—one filling lasts for several days—so I no longer have to refill it frequently.
3.Bowls: It comes with two metal water bowls. I put different types of rabbit food in each bowl so they don’t fight over it anymore.
4. Litter box: This is what I’m most satisfied with. Small litter boxes often cause urine to spill out, increasing the cleaning workload, but this one is large enough that I don’t have to worry about that at all. It also comes with a cleaning bag and a small broom, so cleanup is quick and easy.
5. Metal Mesh: This is entirely optional depending on your needs. If you don’t mind the rabbits trampling through urine stains, you can skip it. But if you want to keep the area clean, you can place this mesh inside. Its surface is very smooth and poses almost no problem for the rabbits’ feet.
This thoughtfully designed hay feeder and litter box combination makes cleaning a breeze and minimizes hay waste. I highly recommend it to owners of rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small animals.
Bigger than expected
The capacity surprised me honestly. Filled it on a Sunday and it lasted until Thursday. My rabbit eats a lot so that saves me from topping off hay every morning before work. She can always reach hay through the mesh, no issues.
Plenty of room for two
I have two adult rabbits that share a large enclosure. This feeder is big enough for them to eat at the same time without fighting over hay. The litter box handles both of them. I refill every couple days instead of every few hours.
