Golden Review Award: 1 From Our UsersGreat mattress protector!
Really happy with this mattress protector. It’s soft, comfortable, and doesn’t make any annoying noise when moving around. Fits my daughter full size 12inch mattress well, and the deep pockets stay in place. Waterproof protection is a big plus. Great quality for the price!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our Users5 Kids... I Know Mattress Protectors and This One Wins
I have owned A LOT of mattress protectors over the years. Heck I have 5 kids lol, mattress protectors are not optional in my house. Between spills, accidents, drinks and whatever else kids somehow manage to get on a bed, I have tried more of these than I can count.

This one has been BY FAR the best.

First thing I noticed was the quality. It doesn’t feel like one of those cheap plastic waterproof covers that crinkles every single time you move. This one is actually soft and comfortable and once the sheets are on I really don’t even notice it is there.

It fits our king mattress really well too. The sides actually stay where they are supposed to instead of slowly working their way up the mattress and making me fix it every few days.

The waterproof protection is obviously the BIG reason I use one and so far this one has done exactly what I bought it to do. At the same time it is still breathable and doesn’t make the bed feel like I am sleeping on a giant piece of plastic.

It has also held up well with actual use, which matters to me because anything involving bedding in our house is going to get washed. A LOT.

I have bought cheap ones, expensive ones and plenty in between. With 5 kids I have had more than enough chances to figure out what works and what doesn’t.

This is the one I would buy again. It protects the mattress, fits right, stays put, doesn’t make a bunch of noise and is actually comfortable.

After all the different mattress protectors I have owned, that is saying A LOT.

This mattress protector worked surprisingly great. The fabric is firm and super soft and waterproof – I put a glass of water to test it. I have kids in the house and they spill liquids from time to time. The fit was also perfect for the mattress size and best part is this is machine washable so easy to handle and care.

Golden Review Award: 1 From Our UsersThick and plush
I have 3 kids and have had waterproof mattress pads on all of our beds for many years. This one is a definite step above the typical terry-cotton topped protectors we’ve had in the past. It’s plush, thick, and surprisingly heavy comparatively.

When I opened the package, the smell was quite strong. I threw it in the wash with some unscented detergent, dried it on low (SUPER important for these types of mattress pads), and it was completely odorless when it was done. Good work, Bedlore.

I put this on our bed and slept great the first night. It’s waterproof, so it’s going to be less breathable than a basic pad, however the plushness on top of the waterproof membrane means you get a bit more separation to allow some more breathability.

We have an absurdly thick mattress, around 22″ deep. The elastic edges do barely slip around the bottom of the mattress, so I don’t think anyone is going to have a problem with this fitting.

It’s a bit more expensive than the simpler, more basic mattress protectors, but I think the thicker fabrics will end up being more comfortable and durable in the long run. Good job, Bedlore.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersSuper soft protecto
Our last mattress protector gave out recently and I decided to give this a try and it did not disappoint. Some mattress protectors are plastic like and I love that this one is actually pretty soft. It’s very breathable and does not make you feel hot at night. The protector itself has a very deep pocket so it fits really nice. It has 0 noise which is a huge bonus.

Golden Review Award: 1 From Our UsersPerfect for Student rentalS
I manage probably 50+ rooms, and a lot of them come furnished with beds. If there is one thing I have learned the hard way, it is that a mattress protector is not optional. Apparently, some of the kids arriving at college age have somehow missed the memo that you are supposed to use a sheet on your bed. I honestly don’t know what is happening anymore. Didn’t their parents teach them this?

Without a mattress protector, tenants can absolutely destroy a mattress. And when you’re furnishing dozens of rooms, replacing mattresses because someone couldn’t manage to put a sheet on the bed gets expensive very quickly.

That’s why I consider a good waterproof mattress protector one of the most important things I can put on a rental bed. This BEDLORE protector is exactly the kind of thing I’m looking for. It provides a barrier between the mattress and whatever questionable things might happen on top of it, while still feeling soft and comfortable enough that it doesn’t feel like you’re sleeping on a plastic sheet.

I really like the padded design and the fact that it is breathable and advertised as noiseless. Some waterproof protectors are so crinkly that every time you move, the whole bed sounds like you’re sleeping on a bag of potato chips. Thankfully, this one is much quieter.

The deep pockets are another important feature for me because mattresses come in different depths, and there is nothing more frustrating than a mattress protector that constantly pops off the corners. The non-slip design helps keep everything where it belongs.

And, of course, being machine washable is absolutely essential. With rental properties, anything that goes on a bed needs to be something I can easily remove, wash, and put back into service. I don’t want something precious or difficult to maintain.

For me, this isn’t really an optional bedding accessory. It’s part of protecting the investment. A mattress is one of the more expensive things in a furnished room, and spending a relatively small amount on a waterproof protector is cheap insurance against spills, stains, accidents, and apparently the complete abandonment of the concept of using sheets.

After managing this many rooms, I have learned that you have to protect everything you possibly can. The tenants may not appreciate the mattress protector, but I certainly do. And when the next tenant moves in, I know there is at least one layer of protection between my mattress and whatever happened with the last one.
