This to aid my ‘one-handed-ness’. This was a valuable purchase! I was able to cut all my fruits and vegetables with one arm, thanks to the aids on the cutting board.
Helps tremendously for those with one hand. The wood is very good quality. The inverted nails anchored the foods and the bands helped with the larger vegetables (asparagus, zucchini, etc). This is a great product!
