This unit works great. Although b there are many settings, I primarily use it for a fast water boil. It has a lot of advertised usage, but aside from nut milks, that’s about all I use it for. It’s a bit on the bulky side so it isn’t counter friendly.
It is extremely handy to boil water.
I absolutely love this nut milk maker! It’s super versatile and really simplifies making healthy drinks at home. I’ve tried almond milk, oat milk, and smoothies so far—all came out creamy and delicious with hardly any effort. The 10-blade design blends everything smoothly without needing nut bags or extra strainers, though it’s nice that one is included.
The delay start and keep-warm features are great bonuses, especially for busy mornings. It’s also surprisingly quiet and easy to clean with the self-cleaning mode. The stainless steel build feels durable and high-quality. Overall, an excellent value for the price and a perfect addition to any kitche
Oh my goodness!! Excellent machine! It’s super simple: Oat milk = 2 ingredients (80 g of oats + 650 mL water or 21 ounces). I weighed both of these ingredients on my digital food scale and put them into the unit. I plugged it in and tapped “function” three times to get to oat milk. Six minutes later = oat milk! WOW! I love this machine!
his machine is clearly for the person who looks at a carton of almond milk in the grocery store and thinks, “I could probably make that myself.” With eight functions, a 50-ounce capacity, a 10-blade blender, and the ability to make soy, oat, and almond milk, it goes well beyond being a one-trick appliance. The no-soaking-needed feature is particularly appealing because remembering to soak soybeans overnight is exactly the kind of thing that sounds easy until 10:30 p.m. rolls around.
The additional functions—juice making, delayed start, keep warm, boiling water, and self-cleaning—make the machine considerably more versatile. The self-cleaning function is especially attractive because appliance cleanup has a remarkable ability to turn an exciting cooking project into a regrettable life choice. Having multiple functions in one countertop appliance can also help reduce the number of gadgets competing for valuable kitchen real estate.
Overall, this is an interesting option for anyone who enjoys homemade plant-based milk, fresh beverages, or kitchen appliances that earn their counter space. The 50-ounce capacity is substantial enough to make it useful for everyday household preparation, while the multiple settings expand its usefulness beyond nut milk. It’s basically a little beverage factory for the kitchen.
Fast and easy to use...
This machine has been such a great addition to my kitchen. I mainly use it to make my juices, and it blends everything so smooth without any pulp or hassle, the taste comes out fresh every time. The performance is solid for the price, definitely feels like good value for money.
I also like that the material feels sturdy and well made, not flimsy like some other machines I’ve tried. It’s 8-in-1 too, so I still have the option to make nut milks or smoothies whenever I want to switch things up, and the self cleaning feature is such a time saver.
Review of 8 in 1 Nut Milk Maker Machine, 50Oz/1.5L Automatic Soy Milk Maker, 10 Blades Blender for Smoothies, Oat, Almond, Juice, Baby Food, with 12H Delay Start, Keep Warm, Boil Water, Self Cleaning
Quality:
Good. All components are well made and assembled. Plastic is smooth. The interior is well-formed and the blades are sharp. No leaks. Lid fits well. Controls are easy to read. Cord is thick and strong.
Impressions:
I absolutely love this thing. So much. So for the details it’s light, easy to clean and does a fantastic job. The clean cycle works well. You still have to wash it with soap of course, but this is an excellent final rinse and helps keep the blade area clean. The inside has min/max markings which is helpful. The programs are easy to select. It has a warning chime if the lid is not in place. I do wish the cord was a tad longer but that’s a function of my counter, not any fault of the machine.
So I really just got this for the soy milk function. Making soy milk can be a bit of a hassle, especially if you don’t have the right equipment. I’ve soaked, blended, strained and boiled and used entirely too many dishes and it seemed to take forever. This little guy makes the task so much easier and gives the best-tasting, smoothest soy milk I’ve ever made and it’s seamless and really effortless. Just add the soaked soybeans, water, put on the lid, select the program and walk away. 35 minutes later come back to gorgeous, sweet soy milk. My Better Half said it’s the best he’s ever had and remarked that it tasted ‘clean’. No unpleasant flavors. And since the device heats the milk, it’s safe to drink with no additional steps.
Every batch I’ve made in the past has always had some residue left (okara). It’s not a bad thing because it has its uses but you do end up wondering if you’re getting the most out of the beans. This maker had no residue whatsoever. I poured it through the enclosed strainer and there was nothing in there. All the beans went into the soy milk. That’s huge for economy. I used the suggested 50g of dry soybeans (a heaping 1/4 cup) and got a quart of soy milk. Very economical.
To be fair, I did combine this with my other favorite appliance, the Instant Pot. I put the 50g of dry beans in the pot, covered with water and added about 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and cooked them on high pressure for 5 minutes and gave it a 10 minute natural release. I did take the time to remove most of the skins. I just rubbed them between my palms and used cool water to float the skins off. This makes it smoother and removes the bitterness. The beans were soft enough that most of them ended up in half so they were pretty tender. This did help but the machine did a fantastic job of grinding and heating that I think if you just soaked your beans over night you’d get an excellent product.
So I got 5 pounds of soybeans for 20 dollars which will produce about 45 quarts of soy milk at about 45 cents per quart. That’s outstanding value, it’s perfectly fresh, you can add whatever you like to suit your taste such as a bit of salt, sugar, or dates or vanilla. And it has no additives or thickeners.
I couldn’t be happier. I love this little guy.
To be fair, I only made the soy milk but I did start each program with plain water to make sure they run and they do. Since the soy program uses all the functions I’m sure they all do what they claim but I will be working my way through the rest and if any don’t perform I’ll update.
If you like the idea of making your own soy or almond milk by all means try this appliance.
