Great massager wish it heated up.
It is a great massager! It warms up but doesn’t get hot. My back was hurting and I was hoping for a hot back massage but I kept having to put my hand back to see if it was heating up. Regardless the massage feature did do the trick.

I’m very confused which is why I only gave this wonderful device 4 stars. When I ordered this on the 19th of August, it was priced at 42.99 yet when I try to write a review on what I received, it sends me to another variation for 149.00 which is an outrageous price. It took 10 days to receive the back massager and it was well packaged in a nice recloseable box. The pad was folded in half and wrapped in plastic but even with usage, you can still see where it was folded. I’ve used it a number of times in the last 5 days and the fold makes no difference. Just pressing the auto button gives you assorted continuous massage with heat and infra red lights for 30 minutes. Do yourself a favor and turn it on with the device facing away from you as its super bright almost to the point of painful. I love the fact that it’s soft and bendable because it conforms so much better and the softness doesn’t add to your pain. The massage and heat are both gentle but effective. Would I order this same device again, yes! Would I order at 149.00, no way, unless I knew it would last a couple years. But I love, love, love the massager I have! I haven’t even taken the remote out of the box because it’s just another thing to lose and I don’t deem it necessary.
The Cure for an Aching Back!
Overall, this is a great purchase. The device feels like memory foam, and the casing is a durable soft/flexible material. The immediate perception is that it should come with sunglasses. The LEDs are BRIGHT!
At first it was a bit confusing to understand how to set the features. Read the manual as it is not intuitive. Simple, but not intuitive.
I often have back fatigue/pain, and this device does a great job of alleviating that. Better than heating pads and other massagers that I have used. It feels comfortable behind the small of your back while sitting in a recliner. Also heard that red led therapy can help with hair loss, so I’ve been holding on my head like a jackass. I’m not expecting results there, but figured it can’t hurt!
Pros
Has multiple vibration modes and all feel good. The auto setting runs through them to change up the intensity, which I like.
The heat feels good, but could be stronger.
The red light therapy on my bare skin (lower back) felt like it worked. We’ll see after continued use.
The buttons are easy to see, easy to find, and easy to use (push)
The “air bag” does a great job of pushing into your back. It can inflate quite a lot to push real deep, which I like. You can adjust to your preference if you do not want it that aggressive.
The auto setting runs through g which runs through a series of all the options works great and is my favorite.
The battery is easy to charge, charges quickly, and lasts a long time.
Cons
Unit does not have a pocket to store the instructions and the quite small remote. Seems like it nigh be easy to lose those if you are not diligent.
The device could put out more heat.
The remote is a bit confusing.
The device is not easily cleaned as it is not washable. You can wipe it down and use spray cleaners, but not machine or hand wash for a deep clean.
I would recommend this purchase in spite of the cons listed.
Great for traveling with
I ordered this because I deal with back pain daily and I’ve recently been told red light therapy is good for your back pain. I really like this massager.
It’s portable, lightweight, comes with a remote control which allows you to inflate or deflate and change a few other settings, such as jolt (pulsating feel) or heat option. I will say this does not get warm enough to really do a lot for me but I like the massager part. It also comes with a USB cord for charging it so you can take it on the go. I think this will be great for traveling. I t will also be helpful at times at home because I cannot sit in a chair on our patio without shoving pillows behind in my lower back so I can ditch the pillows and use this now.
I noticed you cannot charge it and use it at the same time so if you want to use it be sure it’s been charged previously.
Actually helps my lower back after long workdays

Excellent for low back pain & stiffness.
I ordered this for my husband who has low back problems. He uses this every single day. It provides a terrific massage and has helped him immensely. He especially likes the adjustable vibration mode and the airbag support system. He also really appreciates the convenience of the remote. This has been excellent for his low back, especially improving the stiffness. This is certainly a good quality product. Very well worth it.
