It would have been nice if it had come with some instructions. I finally figured out how to put it together. Once I got it to gather it worked real nice.
Took some time for delivery, worth investment fyi no instructions!
Order took a bit to get here, no directions even though it’s a pretty straightforward design. It comes with two neoprene spacers to put on metal shaft before locking hardware clamps to shaft. They didn’t really fit mine so I had to wrap some duct tape around shaft 1st then fit sleeve and clamp snugly to shaft. It’s designed well and definitely worth it if you own a heavy multi commercial uni like mine.

Love it. It was pretty easy to install and functions as designed. I would recommend but be careful not to tighten the bolts too much. The metal that the bracket is made with looks to be fragile.
Exactly what i needed to manage my heavy duty trimme
This really is exactly what i did not know i needed. Recently i purchased a heavy duty straight arm weed Wacker. This to replace a small black and decker curved arm, corded home owner special type. Huge difference if you are thinking of doing the same i cant imagine not having this tool. At first the heavy duty weed eater is nice. Has alot of power and super long lasting battery but after even a few minutes my back started hurting. I tried moving the handle, left handed, right handed and even tried a strap but nothing helped nearly as much as this thing. Its very simple to install and very heavy duty. That being said it does add weight but because of this design its not an issue. I never knew this was a thing till i saw a you tube video and went right here and found this one. There were others but i say hands down this one did what i wanted it to do so i highly recommend installing this tool on to your trimmer. Especially if its a straight arm trimme
This weed eater handle extension has been a great addition for my husband. He is 6’3″ tall, and this attachment has helped his back tremendously. We have a large property with a lot of weed eating to do, and being able to stand in a more upright position has made the job much more comfortable.
My husband uses this with a Stihl weed eater, and it works very well. I would assume it should work with other brands as long as the shaft measurements are compatible. The handle feels sturdy, adjusts easily, and helps make longer trimming sessions less tiring.
The only complaint we have is that there are no assembly instructions included. My husband was able to figure it out, but having clear instructions would make installation much easier, especially for someone who has never installed this type of attachment before.
Overall, this is a well-made, useful product that has made a noticeable difference in comfort and ease of use. If you are taller or spend a lot of time doing yard work, this is definitely worth considering.
This really works well if you are tall or have back issues. I have had four back surgeries and I have 3 acres of landscape that has to be weed whipped every week, this saves my back! It’s sturdy and easy to put on. Fit my skill weed eater perfectly! I’m so happy I found this!
