Great printe
This is a very well made printer that has some weight to it so make sure you have help moving it where you want. It was very easy to set up using my cell phone. I was able to get it up and running in less than 15 minutes. It has very easy instructions on how to use it and it prints things very fast. My only issue is that the color is not as vibrant as I was expecting. The colors in photos are a little dark and dull looking. Other than that I love this printer. It is a little pricey but if you plan on printing a lot this will save you money in the long run. It doesn’t make much noise and like I said it is very easy to use.
Efficiently Sized, Easy to Set Up, and Works Well
This item arrives neatly enclosed in a product box that provides plenty of protection, ensuring that the Xerox C300 Wireless Color Laser Printer is received in perfect condition. Inside the box are the color laser printer and user materials. After reviewing the product information, everything appears to be included as shown in the product description.
The C300 is designed for compact color printing while still delivering speeds of up to 32 pages per minute, making it well suited for businesses with regular document demands. High-yield toner options can also help reduce the cost per page for higher-volume printing, with the printer designed for workloads of up to 2,500 pages per month. For someone like me, who doesn’t print a lot of stuff, the cost of toner won’t be quite as painful as might otherwise be the case, but the price of toner for this printer should be considered prior to purchase.
Built-in Wi-Fi, Apple AirPrint, and Mopria provide several ways to print from laptops, smartphones, and tablets. The Xerox Easy Assist App is another useful feature, offering guided setup to simplify installation without relying on complicated manuals or traditional driver installation. I had no issue getting this device connected to WiFi and my computer and I was printing within a few minutes of opening the box.
Overall, this is a capable color laser printer that combines fast printing, wireless connectivity, and features designed with business productivity in mind. I have enjoyed using this printer so far, and I look forward to continuing to do so in the future.
Easy setup and solid prints
Pretty handy in the yard
We picked this up for homeschooling and crafting with our 4 year olds and it’s been a game changer. Setup was super simple, just plugged it in and AirPrint connected right away from our phones and MacBooks with no extra apps or headaches. Prints out worksheets, coloring pages, and craft stuff fast and clean every time, way better than ink which used to run out constantly and cost a fortune. Feels durable too, no jams or issues after a couple weeks of heavy use. Definitely worth it for the quality and how easy it is day to day. Scared of the replacement toner costs but it should still be less in the long run.
Excellent printer if you want colo
Xerox C300 Wireless Color Laser Printer-
It took me a while to find a spot for this printer as it’s much larger than my old inkjet. I finally cleared space last week and I kinda love this printer.
It was easy to set up once the app was downloaded. At least, a man with 2 doctorates had no trouble with set up. I just let him get on with it.
Print quality is fantastic and I’m very much looking forward to printing out my Christmas letter this year- won’t my relatives be surprised by the professional quality printing!
We have Apple products (and one Microsoft) and everything connects and prints with WiFi. So far no issues. It’s not very loud, in fact, it’s much quieter than the old inkjet so I’m happy.
Quick setup and excellent print quality
This printer was surprisingly easy to set up, and I was printing within just a few minutes. Print quality is crisp and consistent, whether I’m printing shipping labels, documents, or other everyday paperwork, and it keeps up well without slowing me down. It feels well built, runs reliably, and has been a great addition to my workspace.
Love the ink quality
XEROX printer is impressive. This printer was extremely easy to set up. Honestly it went as smoothly as it could have. Once I set up the WiFi my computer found the printer without issues.
Appearance of the printer has a modern clean look with it being black and white. Aesthetic it’s very nice looking but will say it is cumbersome. It is beefy, so a while it could be moved is not lite in weight to moved around like other lighter more portable printers. I don’t believe this was designed to be moved constantly or continuously even though it’s possible.
The printing quality was what had me pretty excited as I make my own notepads for my business. During the printing process it takes a second for it to start up but once it does it is a quick and continuous printout.
The ink quality is wonderful. As far as color brightness and saturation, I don’t know if the muted colors were because of the format that I downloaded my files or the fact that I didn’t attempt to adjust any color options because I did not think about it at the time. It printed the image or words, crisp and clear with no fuzziness around the letters or design. Paper loading is easy, pop it in the lower tray and all set.
When the printer starts it is kinda loud but I think that’s because it’s created to print multiple pages quickly so the printer is prepping for batch print jobs. The sound was noticeably louder than my old printer.
For the ink which for me is pretty important. I make notepads using 28lb paper by xerox coincidentally . Which is smooth to the touch, once I tested out one of my notepad images
I dripped water on the sheet and the ink did not bleed or run. Which is a big deal for me. The ink stays well without issues.
This is a great addition to any home office ir small business. For the price I feel this is a great buy.
Quality color laser printer (not a copier or scanner)
Xerox, a brand deeply rooted in the history of copying and printing, offers a high-quality color laser printer that stands out as a reliable workhorse for small businesses or offices. While this printer is not a scanner, copier, or fax, it is an excellent choice for printing needs.
The printer’s compact size and print-only functionality made it easy to place on a shelf under my desk. The intuitive touch screen control panel, well-sized and user-friendly, and even with my larger fingers it enhances the overall experience.
Unboxing was straightforward, with minimal tape and removable protective elements. The setup process, as advertised, was simple, although installing the printer application using their QR code didn’t work well. Since this is only a printer, I opted to install drivers through the “add printer” settings on my PC and skipped the app, which worked just fine.
Printing from my phone or tablet is seamless, and the resolution is impressive. I also discovered a small door on the backside for a “waste toner bottle,” a consumable item that requires periodic replacement.
Unlike some other brands that incorporate RFID chips to prevent users from using third-party toner, Xerox doesn’t practice this. They strongly encourage the use of their toner products, citing quality and efficiency benefits. This consideration has become crucial to me when selecting a new printer.
Overall, this is a solid choice for a color laser printer, especially for supporting a small group of users. While it may be a bit pricey, it’s a color laser printer, and unlike other brands, you’re not forced to purchase their toner, which may help justify the cost.
