I’ve been following these for a long time and finally decided to pull the trigger on getting it.
The first thing is the carrying case, which to be honest is really nice to have considering this is a portable unit that has to be taken up and down. On top of that, the mounting system is a very universal system that’ll fit basically on any tripod. I used my peak design that I also use for photography and it fit normally on the plate without any modification.
Which is nice because this way I can use any tripod I want any Stiehl amount I want for different events. There’s even some amounts that we can actually put on a fence if we had to if that’s the mounting possibilities. So the universal mount is really nice and it’s not something you have to screw in it just mounts directly on the plate and locks into place. What surprise me was how the how useful to gimble is with the rotation. There’s two access and one go side to side one rotates the entire camera system up and down, but when it’s recording, you don’t see any shaking or movement or jittering.
Getting to the actual recording itself great quality clear imaging. The zoom is very good. It’s actually a lot better than what I anticipated from other reviews. We did test it out with some tracking and it tracks perfectly well, the nice thing is with the tracking. it’s all from your phone so if it is getting off base, you can always reset it if you had to. However, we never had to reset it once. As far as the options and set up, that went very easy. Quick downloading of the app usability is very easy really didn’t have to read too much of the instructions, but they do give you a lot of easy videos to watch. You know some different things that kind of help you get used to using it. Basically all you have to do is charge it up throw an SD card in download the app and you’re ready to go there really is no guest work.
As far as the battery life, we ran this thing for hours and still had plenty of battery left. The good thing that I noticed too that we tested was there’s a USB-C on the back that’s accessible so if we needed to, we could always take just take a battery pack, plug it into it and charge it while it’s being used essentially having unlimited power. So battery life is great.
As far as the value, this is amazing, it’s a gimbal, a tracker, and everything all in one that you don’t have to hold in your hand to run around the field and do everything yourself and honestly that’s one of the biggest things that I used this for. Because normally it’s me running up and down the side of the field with a gimbal and my phone or a camera, so this replaces all of that with a hands-free effort. So for me not having to do that that’s a great value.
As far as the color quality color is great it’s exactly what it’s supposed to be. It’s not too warm not too cool. You can’t adjust it if you wanted to however right out of a box it records exactly how the scenery looks so again really no guest work with it. Every time we turn it on it the phone finds the Wi-Fi right away and connects directly to it no issues no disconnects. It’s very simple and great to use.
This is one of the well known sports camera. I got this mainly for soccer for my 9 and 7 year old kids playing in the league. I have used it few times for practice sessions and scrimmage sessions. It requires tripod and i would recommend sturdy one with atleast 10 feet high. This is 4k quality which is great resolution to capture in. It was easy to setup and easy to use as well. It can easily connect to cell phones. It tracks the movement well and follows the ball quite well. It doesnt have individual player tracking though. Its a good action camera with good resolution and video quality. Its looks premium and could be a good buy for year long league for a team. Video can be stored locally in microsd card and transferred to laptops. I did not not try live streaming feature yet. It does not come with tripod and needs to be purchased separately.
Most importantly, it does not have any subscription requirements. I would expect future upgrades as well.
I am very impressed with this product. The picture quality is excellent, the setup is straightforward, and it is highly portable, making it ideal for travel. It is also very data-efficient, which is a major advantage when live streaming events.
My only concern is that I am currently only able to stream directly to my personal Facebook profile and not to my Facebook Page. Adding support for streaming directly to Facebook Pages would significantly enhance the product’s functionality, and I hope this can be addressed in a future update.
It would also be great if future versions could include the ability to run sponsor advertisements during live broadcasts and display a permanent logo or watermark in the top-right corner of the screen. These features would be especially valuable for sports broadcasters and content creators.
Overall, this is an outstanding product, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. In fact, I will be ordering three more units soo

Die Kamera war sehr professionell und sicher verpackt. Das Karton ist sehr hochwertig und das Etui ebenfalls! Was mich begeistert, ist, wie einfach die Bedienung und Vorbereitung war. Es gibt nicht nur Gebrauchsanweisungen in vielen verschiedenen Sprachen, sondern auch Erklrvideos und Kurzvideos, welches die Nutzung sehr simpel zeigt!
Es gibt 3 Knpfe fr die Hauptsportarten auf der Kamera, jedoch knnen sie in der App gendert werden.
Die Kamera kann sich 360 waagrecht und 160 senkrecht drehen. Sie verfgt ber eine KI-Kamera, welche das Spiel trackt und sich somit mitdreht.
Um die Kamera zu nutzen, muss man sich die gratis App XBotGo herunterladen und sich mit der Kamera verbinden. Wenn man jetzt das Video drehen mchte, muss man vorerst das Spielfeld markieren, was ein wenig Zeit kostet. Danach kann die KI selbstndig das Spiel mitverfolgen. Alternativ kann man die Kamera auch manuell mit dem digitalen Joystick drehen. Die Videoqualitt gefllt mir und man kann sogar livestreamen, wodurch andere, die die App ebenfalls haben, mitschauen knnen, egal wo sie sind.
Ein Minuspunkt ist jedoch, dass man eine Micro-SD selbst kaufen muss, da keine vorhanden ist.
Ein Stativ kann mitgekauft werden, ist aber kein muss, da es sich an jedes Stativ ranbringen lss
Bought this to film my kid’s travel soccer games and its expensive but it works. Set it on a tripod, hit record, walk away. AI tracks the ball and players the whole game without me babysitting it – the biggest value from this is so my wife and I can pay attention to the game and our kid rather than worry about framing the camera.
4K footage looks clean on the TV. Sharp enough to actually break down plays after the game instead of squinting at phone video. Dual lens setup is smart, you get the wide shot and the tighter action in one go which is hoenstly better than my manual zooming.
No subscription is the real win here. I was about to pull the trigger on a Veo until I saw the monthly fee, screw that. Pay once and you’re done.
Live stream worked fine over my phone hotspot so the grandparents could watch from out of state. Setup took maybe 15 minutes the first time, less after that. Just make sur eyour connection is strong. I’m a big tech guy and always like to try out the latest innovations so this was pretty cool to get all set up.
It likes good lighting. Played an indoor tournament in a dim rec center gym and that was not as good as outdoors. Outdoors in daylight it’s basically flawless. Build feels solid too, got rained on last weekend and it didn’t blink. I still bust out the Sony a7R V on occasion but this is a great daily driver.
Worth the $699.
I am so happy that I found this shadow grey sports camera because it is the best deal for the price and it works just like a professional cameraman who never gets tired! As a soccer dad, the Xbot Falcon has been the best purchase. I switched from Xbot Chameleon and there is no turning back since I don’t have to have my phone on top anymore since the Falcon is the camera AND tracker!
1) No monthly subscription. Just cost of camera! The other competitors really can’t compare as the thought of adding a monthly fee on top of already expensive sports is nonsense.
2) Livestream games to grandparents or family who can’t attend. Once again, no added fee!
3) Easy set up. App works great. Any 1/4 tripod mount works so no need to buy xbots official tripod that costs more. Not to forget, this is weatherproof and you can charge while filming with power bank if have multiple games in 1 day.
4) Game film is good quality and tracking compares to the rest of competitors. Yes, occasionally it will miss a ball or two but they all do that. No question, the overall quality of end result gives you exactly what you want.
5) Ability to store videos past 20GB (about 1 games worth) will require a micro SD card which you will need to purchase separately.
Overall give it a 5/5 and once again no monthly subscription!!
