put into a 2013 ford fusion as back speakers, they not only sound great but at a great price. would definitely buy again, these speakers really surprised me. Did need a mounting bracket, used the old speaker cut the middle out of it and mounted to the old speaker assembly. worked great, my wife loves having some bass with her music in the car now. The old factory speakers had done turned into pieces of paper and fell down into the door. recommend for anyone replacing factory speakers and dont want to spend 4 or 500 dollars. These speakers sound like a pair of 3 or 4 hundred dollar speakers. cant say enough, mean that!
These sound fantastic. I installed them in my dash of my 2010 Prius. They are amplified by my 6 channel.
Crossed at 300hz-20k on a -6dp slope. They fill in perfectly and just sound amazing. Time will tell longevity but I am very pleased.
old school audiophile approved .. as someone who appreciated and requires audio clarity more than many folks I was more than pleasantly surprised that a pair of speakers I bought as value price to install in a recent car flip with blown door speakers turned into a bass monster ! these excel as a stock replacement/upgrade , excellent sensitivity and clarity with stock head unit , seriously considering purchasing again for my personal daily drive
The sound is clear, and accurate. Great construction, nice looking. If you are mounting these in the doors, you will need spacers due to the size of the basket, and magnet. Other than that, the value is nice.
Excellent results replacing a woofer on a 15W practice bass amp! Low E on 4 string bass is clear. Then, turn down highs and mids on bass amp, and leave bass level at neutral… and the Low B on 5 string is present and clear… and with this setting, the volume is matched with the other 4 strings.
Very nice upgrade, for this particular application. Now the small amp is enjoyable with a small room ensemble.
