I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I really like this futon pad. It is very soft, beautiful, well made and feels like a quality product. The premium microfiber fabric feels wonderful against my skin, and the straps for rolling it up are very handy.
I initially put it on top of my queen-size bed to test its comfort. As a back and side sleeper, I was hoping it might provide additional support and help reduce discomfort during the night. It was definitely soft and comfortable, and I slept better with it. However, I couldn’t really feel any memory foam attributes or the degree of spinal support described in the listing.
Overall, I’m quite happy with it, just not for the specific purpose I had hoped it might serve.
I especially like its versatility. It is comfortable enough to use as a lounging pad, and I anticipate using it for camping and picnics as well. Being machine washable is a huge advantage for those uses.

Very comfortable and large. I folded it in half because I have a bad back and the extra cushion helped me a lot. It is nice and thick and feels well made. The color is exactly as the photo and it is thick and fluffy. If your looking for a Japanese style futon I highly recommend.
