But, sometimes it doesn’t work. It needs to be reconnected multiple times, and sometimes a black screen will pop up with the words “smartbox”. That’s the only issue I have with it so far.

This product has been pretty good so far! Connects quickly and the CarPlay is seamless. There have been a few times the screen freezes and I have to unplug and replug it but then it works fin.
I’ve been using this adapter every day, and overall I’m really happy with it.
