This tumbler has quickly become one of my favorites to use every day. I love the 30 oz size because it holds plenty of water without feeling too bulky to carry around. The handle makes it really comfortable to grab when I’m on the go, and the straw is easy to drink from throughout the day. It’s one of those cups that makes it easier to actually stay hydrated because I always want to keep it with me.
The insulation works really well and keeps my drinks cold for hours, even when it’s warm outside. I also really appreciate that it’s leak proof because I don’t have to worry about it tipping over in the car or leaking inside a bag. The quality feels excellent, and it has a sturdy, well-made design that feels like it will last a long time.
Overall, this is a really nice tumbler that combines great insulation, a comfortable handle, and a leak-proof design all in one. Great for the golf course
Love the size and the handle. I carry a lot of Loungefly backpacks and this water bottle fits inside them! A real bonus for me and my needs. It also fits perfectly in golf cart cup holders and doesn’t tumble out. Another bonus feature!
In short, I think this is giftable, practical, and worth the price
I got this particular tumbler as a gift for my UPS delivery gentleman, who has helped me so much over the years, especially during the times when I was ill and mostly homebound.
I occasionally like to give small gifts to delivery drivers because I truly appreciate how much work they do, and I realized I had not gifted a tumbler in about two years. This one felt like a very practical and thoughtful option. I also thought the cognac color was perfect because the brown tone matches the UPS theme so well.
For the price, I did expect better quality than a basic plastic tumbler or cheaper-looking travel cup, and this one does feel like it is worth the price. The design looks nice, the handle makes it easy to carry, and the straw lid is convenient for someone who is constantly on the go. I also like that it is insulated and cup-holder friendly, which makes it very suitable for work, driving, deliveries, or long days outside.
It also feels very giftable, which made me happy. The color and overall design make it look more polished than a plain tumbler, so I did not feel like I was giving something too casual or cheap. It is practical, but still looks nice enough to be a thoughtful gift.
Of course, long-term durability is something I will have to ask him about later, after he uses it for a while, but based on the first impression, it feels well-made and useful. If it holds up well, I would definitely consider this a great gift option again.

TL;DR – Yep, this is the one. Perfect drink holder in every way.
This drink holder quickly became part of my daily routine here. Usually I keep a very large regular coffee cup handy, and I keep filling it up all day. But that doesn’t keep the coffee hot, and if I’m working outside I have to keep guarding my drink from the bugs, and of course you have to watch out for tipping the cup over. This Swig Life drink holder has completely solved all of those issues. For one, it’s huge, which means less refill trips, and that helps keep me focused on my work. Also it completely seals up when closed, it won’t spill at all if you tip it over (as long as the straw is closed). As a test I tried flipping it upside down, completely full of hot coffee, directly over a fresh paper towel so I could see any little tiny spills – nothing, not one single drop spilled out, and I held it up over the towel, upside down, for at least a minute. So if you’re driving around with it and the drink tips over, you don’t have to try to fumble around for it while you’re driving, just stay focused on the road and forget about the drink – it will be fine until you can safely deal with it.
It keeps the coffee hot all day, I make my coffee around 7:30am, I fill the Swig Life then, and I’ve found that even at 3-4pm, if there’s any coffee left, it’s still hot. It has always kept my coffee hot until I finish drinking all of it.
So it’s a flawless victory for it’s main functions: Keep the drink hot and don’t spill it everywhere. Absolutely the best at these core functions of any drink holder I’ve tried in the last 20 years.
How about the little details? It does great at those too. For example the built in straw: it’s easily removable, easily cleanable, but it stays connected very well when in use, and it reaches the very bottom of the drink cup, so you won’t have to take the lid off to get the final couple gulps out, you can drink 100% of your drink with the straw. Durability? It’s built like a tank. I think if you had to defend yourself from zombie ninjas or whatever, you could do so with this drink holder, very well. And the drink will stay hot and won’t spill while you do.
More details it gets exactly right: it looks great. Stylish and high quality. Whatever it’s made of holds up great, it has survived my job sites and that’s no small accomplishment.
Some other little things about it I’ve found: the hanging strap works out great for me working outside, I’m usually setup next to a chainlink fence, and I just hang the drink from the fence, which keeps it out of harms way and makes it hard for bugs to get at. Another thing I like to do is use a roll of duct tape as a cup holder for it, it’s a perfect fit. That gives it a very stable foot print so you don’t have to worry about tipping it over.
Tip: When filling it up, open the straw, so you aren’t compressing air into it as you seal it up. This will help prevent it from overflowing when you’re putting the lid on. Also, keep at least an inch and a half of space between the top of the drink and the top of the cup before putting the lid on. But if you do overfill it, it’s really easy to just rinse it off in a sink. The same way the excellent seal keeps the drink in the cup, it also keeps that rinse water out of it, so that’s fine.

I would give this 10*s if I could. I’m a huge fan of Swig Life. I love all their seasonal and holiday patterns that come out every month.
Pros:
-Great size (30 oz) to hold larger volumes (and holds a large McD iced coffee perfectly)
-Quality pattern. No issues or scratches. It has a slightly raised star pattern (see photo). (Oh My Stars pattern)
-Fits in car cupholder)
-The handle makes it easy to carry
-New leakproof lid. It is actually leakproof, which is new for Swig. The color matches the pattern perfectly. It’s easy to move the straw up and down.
-Easy to clean. The stainless steel interior is one piece so it’s easy to clean. The inner straw is also easily removed from the lid for further cleaning. I hand-wash all my Swigs to ensure they last longer.
-Cute high-quality decorative bow added. You can keep it on as an additional decoration, but it’s easily removed since it’s secured with a thin elastic.
-Keeps drinks cold. I put iced coffee in the morning with a bit of crushed ice, and it’s still cold by the afternoon (the ice does melt). I haven’t used a hot beverage in it; if I did, I would have to get a different lid (which you can on Amazon or their website).
