Great Wallet for Z Fold 8...Except for Strap Hooks
I spent the day at Disneyland with this wallet/ phone case for my Z Fold 8. I actually Loved it. My expensive phone appears to be safe, but I’m still very cautious with any cover.
PROS: So convenient. Cards in one section. Phone in the other. Gusseted front pocket. Crossbody strap is good, it doesn’t appear weak like one reviewer said.
CON: Hooks for the strap are too close to the hinge of the phone. I feel this puts the hinge at risk for breaking. Instead of hooking it I velcroed the strap to the spine of the wallet where the hinge is. This gives the hinge extra padding. Also I’m not using the card slots in the section where the phone face is. The glass is too at risk for getting scratched.
Overall I just love the convenience, the phone feels secure in the holder, and it seems to be fairly padded enough. But I’m just so paranoid (such a pricey$$ phone) so I’m super cautious with it.
Cute and functional
It is a little expensive for the product itself, but overall it’s of good quality. I got black for its neutral appearance. Being able to pair it with any of my outfits. The buttons take a little effort to open. Its appearance is sleek and casual. I’d wear it daily with normal street clothes.
