Product description

I really like the feel of this bath mat because it is very nice on the feet and adds a soft, cozy touch right where I wanted it. The beige color looks clean and easy to match, and the mat fits the bathroom nicely without standing out in a bad way. It does arrive with quite a few creases, which was a little disappointing at first, so I am hoping it will flatten out better with time. Still, when I stepped on it, the comfort stood out right away, and that part feels like a win every single morning. It is one of those small things that makes the room feel a little more put together, which is a sneaky good upgrade for something that just sits on the floor. One thing I noticed right away is that it feels plush without being too thick or awkward, so it works well in a normal bathroom space and does not feel like a trip hazard trying to sneak around the toilet like it pays rent. I cannot speak to long term wear yet, but the first impression is strong and the softness is the main reason I would keep using it. The creases are the only real downside for me so far, and I am hoping they relax soon because the mat itself looks very good once it is in place.
This memory foam bath mat is a purchase you won’t regret. It’s incredibly soft, highly absorbent, and feels amazing under your feet. One of my favorite things about it is stepping out of the shower and onto the mat—it quickly absorbs excess water and helps keep the bathroom floor dry.
The 2′ x 3′ rectangular size is perfect for a larger bathroom, providing plenty of coverage without looking bulky. The non-slip backing works extremely well, keeping the mat securely in place without any shifting or sliding. It also dries surprisingly fast, which is a huge plus.
I’ve washed it several times, and the color has held up beautifully with no noticeable fading. One tip: I highly recommend air drying it instead of putting it in the dryer. I tossed it in the dryer once, and it came out slightly misshapen. Since then, I’ve air dried it, and it has maintained its appearance much better.
If you’re looking for a higher-end bath mat that is comfortable, durable, and adds a nice touch to your bathroom, this one is definitely worth the investment.
I’m very impressed with this bath mat from Muddy Mat! One of the first things I look at when testing bath mats is their thickness. This mat is the perfect thickness and has wonderful memory foam style cushion to it so it’s comforting to your feet. But it’s also not too thick that you couldn’t close your bathroom door without pushing the mat away. Being that it’s memory foam style, the mat is very absorbent and really holds onto any water that spills out of the shower or from your body! The color is fantastic and the dark brown matches almost identically to the brown mat we needed to replace.
Our old mat was starting to wear out and probably wasn’t going to handle many more washes in the laundry before it would crumble. The back side of our older mat was starting to lose its rubber backing and that can get dangerous as the rug was losing it’s slip resistance it once had. This muddy mat out of the box has very nice slip resistance to it. So stepping out of the shower feels much safer.
Over all, I’m very impressed with this Muddy Mat bath mat. Based on its quality, size, color, and price point, I consider it a really good value and great addition to your bath areas!
My dogs love i
It’s not the thickest mat but it’s also not the worst mat either!
It’s great! I have 2 dogs and I live in a small studio. Grey is my favorite color, and I’ve managed to keep it clean even with the dogs and constantly going in and out of the bathroom.
I have had this mat for a few months and have washed it several times, no problems there. It’s very soft to walk on and it absorbs water really well.
It doesn’t take forever to dry either. After my usual shower it’s normally wet for a few hours but by the next morning it’s nice and dry again.
It looks clean even after the dogs go on it from the outside too. I don’t know how that works but my carpet has more stains from the dogs than the bath mat! I did choose a larger size because I like it leaning against the shower to catch whatever water escapes.
It’s very durable and large. I believe it’s a great value for what it is
Soft, Absorbent, and Doesn't Slide Around
This has turned out to be an excellent bath mat. The color matched the listing, it looks great in the bathroom, and it’s very soft underfoot.
The non-slip backing is one of the best features. Once it’s on the floor, it stays put with NO sliding around, even on tile. It’s also very absorbent and dries very quickly after a shower.
The only thing to keep in mind is the size. It’s a little large if you have a very small bathroom, but for an average-sized bathroom it fits well and covers a nice area in front of the tub or shower.
I picked up this 2ft x 3ft Muddy Mat memory foam rug in Navy Blue for the bathroom, and it has been an absolute treat to step onto after a shower. If you are tired of thin, scratchy bath mats that soak through instantly and slide around the floor, this thick memory foam rug is a massive upgrade.
The comfort and performance are outstanding for a few key reasons:
Incredible Foot Comfort: The memory foam core is thick, plush, and offers excellent pressure relief. It honestly feels amazing on your feet when you step out of the tub, providing a soft, warm barrier against cold bathroom tiles.
Velvet-Soft Texture: The outer fabric layer is remarkably soft to the touch. It has a high-quality, velvety finish that manages to feel luxurious while remaining highly functional and durable for daily traffic.
Excellent Water Absorption: It traps and absorbs water quickly without leaving soggy puddles on the surface. The material dries out efficiently at a reasonable pace, preventing that heavy, damp towel smell that standard rugs tend to get.
True Non-Slip Backing: The rubberized grip on the underside works flawlessly. It locks firmly onto the bathroom floor and stays perfectly in place without bunching, sliding, or shifting around when you step onto it.
Easy to Wash: Maintenance is entirely low-maintenance. It holds up beautifully to being tossed into the washing machine on a gentle cycle, keeping its rich navy color and plush texture without flattening out or fraying at the stitched edges.
It adds a clean, sophisticated pop of color to the space while delivering top-tier comfort. If you want a thick, stable, and incredibly soft bath mat for your daily routine, this one is highly recommended!
Incredibly Soft, Larger than Expected, Non Slip
This is probably the softest bath mat I have ever owned. I’ve had blankets and comforters less soft than this bath mat. It feels great on your feet, and really transforms the uncomfortable bathroom tile into an absorbent, soft surface/ I got the grey color as a neutral color that wouldn’t clash with any of our bathrooms. It’s not super thick or plush, maybe a little over a centimeter in thickness, so that it’s this soft with such a thin profile is nothing less than amazing.
The only negative I have is that, as memory foam, it took a good 4-5 days for the shipping creases in the material to fade away. The way its folded in half for transport leaves a massive crease through the center. Thankfully, after almost a week, it’s almost gone. This is a good price, currently around thirty-seven bucks, for what feels like a really excellent bath mat. It’s stable and doesn’t move much even on wet tile. It is also quite large, barely fitting in front of our shower door.
