Title: Great product, poor packaging
The product itself is amazing and super detailed, I loved it! However, the packaging was very disappointing. It arrived crushed and partially torn, with almost no protection, especially for an international delivery. Luckily the item inside was still okay, but Amazon really needs to improve their packaging.
Love it! It is the same size as the Rolife Super creator. So it will integrate with those too. I am addicted to those also. A good stress reliever for sure for me
I love Mini Brands. A friend turned me on to them, and I have had a lot more fun with them than I thought they would be. I have not done many of them, but I imagine I will find myself doing more as times goes on. First, I was glad I could actually do it. The box says aged 8 and up, but this Cheers bar set seemed a little too intricate with the tiny bar stools to do easily for an eight year old. I’m not saying they couldn’t, but I would actually think about buying this one more for a young teen and up. Whatever age you may be, it will take a lot of patience.
However, it is worth it. The cool/cuteness factor is high, and they seem to be all solidly made. It did bring back memories of the old sitcom, Cheers, as was obviously intended. Anyone would like this Mini Brands set as a gift, but it might have special meaning to a fan of that show. I caught them in reruns, but this set still makes me nostalgic. It’s all around fun hobby to have, and I highly recommend giving it a try. I find it absolutely worth it!

I was surprised to see that mini brands had expanded beyond simply providing blind box balls. This is a really fun diorama set! It gets the bar look down perfectly! Now I want to find if there’s any small dolls or figures that scale well with it. It might be functional for G.I. Joe sized characters, but possibly smaller. In any case, I bought it as a gift for my wife, and she made short work of it. She likes to build things like Legos and has not gotten into diorama sets like this before. She very much liked it, and especially the fact that the light didn’t kit that comes with. It is very simple installation and she was nervous that that would be difficult to put in, but it’s not at all. This would be good for adults and older children. Obviously the bar theme makes it a bit more adult. I’m glad they’ve branched out this way and that something so fun is also affordable. The details are great! The quality is pretty solid for what it is! And it’s a great value for the dollar overall!
