I bought this hydroponic grower to keep my gardening hobby alive while living and traveling full-time in our RV, and it has been a fantastic addition.
Size: The compact size is the biggest selling point for anyone with limited space. It fits perfectly on our small countertop without feeling intrusive, which is exactly what we needed for the RV.
Set-up: It was fairly easy to put together. The initial setup and figuring out the pods took just a few minutes. The instruction manual is clear and provides more detailed guidance for the specific needs of different seeds and plants you might want to grow.
Functionality & Ease of Use: Once it’s set up, it’s very straightforward to use. The system does its job well, and it’s been a low-maintenance way to have fresh herbs and greens on the road.
My only disappointment, and the reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5, is that it doesn’t come with any seeds. Since it’s marketed as a starter kit, I really expected a small assortment of seeds to be included so I could get growing right out of the box. Aside from that small issue, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a compact, easy-to-use indoor garden.
Easy to set up. Easy to use. It is a little difficult to see the water level, which is the one downside I found. It’s a great way for me to garden in my apartment.
Loves this hydroponic garden! Super easy to use! Plants grow within three days! The only downside is if u want to change crops you must purchase more cones and sponges for seeds to go into!
I bought this hydroponic garden because I wanted to try growing fresh herbs and vegetables indoors, and it has been a great experience. I’m still using it, and it has definitely sparked my green thumb.
So far I’ve successfully grown several varieties of lettuce, herbs, and tomatoes. The setup was straightforward, and it’s been fun watching everything grow right on my countertop.
The only issue I ran into was with the compact tomato seeds I purchased specifically for this type of system. The plants became much larger and heavier than I expected, eventually blocking the light from my herbs. I ended up removing the tomato plants so everything else could continue growing well. I don’t consider that a fault of the garden itself, just something to keep in mind when choosing what to plant together.
Overall, I absolutely recommend this hydroponic garden. It’s a fun hobby, produces fresh herbs and lettuce, and has given me the confidence to keep growing more plants. I’d definitely buy it again.
Really cool little setup, looks sleek on the counter and the LED light works great. Seeds sprouted faster than expected and it’s been low maintenance so far. Perfect if you want fresh herbs without the mess of soil.
