The dual side is so awesome. Lol, my husband was a business trip for a week, I turned his side up higher and kept mine cooler, if I wanted a little warm up, I just snagged his side of the blanket. Lol
I just love this blanket. It is cozy, warm, and beautiful. The top has many-many small pillow-like cushions that make it very soft to the touch. Living in the mountains, one has to find economical ways to stay warm. This blanket fits the bill. Other blankets stop heating after 4 hours. This one stays active more than twice as long as those others. I am very pleased with this purchase and so is my cuddle pup. Five Stars.

This thing is huge, gets nice and hot and is perfect for a couple with different temp needs. The color was a little more on the blue side than I expected. The fabric is also a little less fluffy and lighter than I was expecting but it still deserves a 5/5 because it works well and is decent quality. We got this while on sale so I’d say it was well worth it and would be willing to pay full price if I wasn’t in need of a sale.
It doesn’t get “hot” so if you’re someone with a medical condition looking to increase blood flow etc I don’t know I’d recommend. But for me, who runs warm, I really love the amount of heat it gives. During my work from home days this fall, I’ve put it at 4 and been very comfortable (without getting overheated) and at night with my down comforter I put it at 2 for an hour before bed which settles in the perfect amount of warmth so I’m not roasting in the middle of the night. It really does feel like a warm hug from the softness of the blanket itself to the heat it gives without being stifled.
It’s pretty heavy too which I also give high rating towards. I like the weight of something on me and this blanket is sublime for that factor alone.
There is practically zero shed. I think I might saw 1 or 2 little tufts but nothing since using in 3 different rooms now.
You can feel the wires if you’re searching for them but otherwise they’re totally not noticeable.
I’d 100% recommend for an anywhere, anytime, cozy, comfy, fire pit/camping/cold month blanket. 10/10 would recommend!
The blanket is super soft and gets very warm. Love the preheat setting and the controller is very easy to use. The only problem is the color is more blue than gray. It is not a deep gray as shown in the image, so if you you are expecting that color just be aware that it is very off from that. I chose this specific blanket as it had good reviews because my bedroom is black and grelay and as you can see in the images it is no where near gray it is next to my gray blanket on the bed for comparison.
