Sturdy, flawless, and high quality small bathroom upgrade
I’ve been slowly swapping out bathroom accessories for matte black metal, so this freestanding toilet paper holder was an easy yes for our tiny downstairs bathroom.
Assembly was about as simple as it gets—just screw the pole into the round base and you’re done. No tools, no frustration. The metal arm/latch that holds the roll flips up and down smoothly and feels sturdy, not flimsy or loose.
It truly does have a quality, heavy-duty feel to it and I really like the matte black finish and the look of the base. I’ve found zero chips or blemishes on the metal. It fits in well with the rest of the bathroom and doesn’t looks more expensive then it was. .
I was a bit shocked with the height, or lack of. It’s noticeably shorter than I expected. For comparison, I have another freestanding holder from Marshall’s in our upstairs bathroom, and this one is quite a bit shorter in comparison. That said, it doesn’t actually affect function since, realistically, you’re seated when using it anyway.
So while the size caught me off guard at first, it’s grown on me. Simple, sturdy, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do without taking up much space in a tiny bathroom.
Well Made Stand
This is a great stand, it’s sturdy and doesn’t tip over. Changing the paper roll is super easy. I took off a star because it’s a very shiny gold stand, I ended spraying painting it to a champagne bronze since it’s a nice stand and wanted to keep it.

Love this stand! It would take a lot to make it fall. Very easy to get a roll on and off. Nice heavy base and went together easily. Looks great!
