Useful
Easy to write on, nice size and lightweight for carrying at a protest. Because it’s foam, even a slightly a pointy tip (pencil, pen, etc) will poke through easily, and marker is squeaky when writing on the surface. This size is probably a little small for a major school project.

This product came in at 16″ x 20″ format at 3/16″ thick in a pack of 12.
What impressed me from the first was how meticulously it was packed and shipped. The makers went to great lengths to make sure that the 12 form core panels arrived in perfect condition with no bends or dents.
The boards themselves are clean and white. The foam in the center seems thicker than normal which is great for added stability. These boards will be useful as a backing for photos and for making models.
There is smooth paper on both sides, which make it easy to make highly visible signs using my favorite permanent markers. This is the smallest size they make, which is fine for displaying signs at a booth or at a table. They look like they can take a bit of abuse as they are stored away and then used on the go.
The PROS:
– Great packaging. They were meticulously packed and shipped.
– Top notch boards. Thicker than normal. White and ready to be painted and used for backing or structure.
– Easy to Cut. They are simple to cut and use for my projects and photos.
– Acid-Free. This is great for long-term use without affecting or distorting my media I put on it.
CONS?
– They seem a bit pricey, but then again foam core prices seem to be on the rise in general. If this product and its exact features are what you need, the price is fair if not outstanding.
CONCLUSION: This is a nice pack of 12 foamcore boards that are versatile for making models, putting pictures or media on, or just using as sturdy signage.

Just what I wanted and more
Have you ever had a photo or a hand-drawn piece of art that you wanted to display but you didn’t have the right pieces to make it happen?
You need these foam boards.
I realize up front that displaying art may not be the first thing you think of when you see foam board but take a minute and look at it from a different angle. Remember your science project from 7th grade? And you needed to display it for the science fair? Well, these foam boards are perfect for that. Whether it’s your own project or your children’s, these boards will do exactly what you need them to do. The size (16×20″) makes them large enough to display just about any kind of school project. The thickness of the boards makes them sturdy and lightweight enough to be used in just about any setting.
But let’s take a minute and look at them from a different angle as I mentioned above. If your child, or even YOU for that matter, are an artist, these goam boards will be your new best friend. Just mount the picture on the board and frame it and you’re done. If you want, you could even add a mat or two to make it look even better. And if the artwork is smaller than 16×20″, fear not. You have two options. With a craft knife (brand name omitted on purpose, but you know what I’m talking about), you can trim the board to be the precise size of your artwork. Or just mount the smaller-than-16×20″ artwork on the board (centered, of course), add a mat or two to make the artwork larger, then frame and hang it. You’re done.
I will be using my boards to create a series of photos of my family throughout my life. The series has about 5-6 photos in it. I already have the digital photos, so I’m ready. I’ll crop the photos to the same aspect ratio as the boards, print them a bit smaller than the boards, and mat them in complementary colors. I have a large wall behind my desk that has been begging for something unique. And this is unique. I can hardly wait. I would show a picture of the finished collage but I haven’t submitted the photos to be printed yet so I can’t show you. But I think you get the idea.
The foam board quality is exceptional and the package is over the top. The boards are stacked, taped around their edges (this was the part I was concerned about but no need), and packed in a super thick box to keep the boards from chipping. I shouldn’t have been concerned. Every single part of the packaging was perfect.
If you have a craft project, school project, photo project, or any other type of project you will need foam board for, you have to consider this collection. It’s just waiting for you.
Versatile Bulk Craft and Presentation Material with Great Usability
This is a very versatile product that works well for a variety of uses including presentations, school projects, office work, signage, and crafting. The material has a nice surface that is easy to write on and customize, which makes it especially useful for creative or educational projects.
I also appreciated how easily it cuts and shapes for crafts and display work. It’s simple to trim down to custom sizes without excessive fraying or difficulty, making it practical for everything from posters and labels to decorative projects and DIY displays.
The bulk quantity is definitely a major advantage, especially for classrooms, offices, events, or frequent crafting use where you go through materials quickly. While I do think the pricing feels a little high overall, the convenience of receiving a larger quantity at once does help offset that somewhat.
