Document Display Holder
This is a versatile document display holder for your office, workplace, home desk, classroom, or anywhere you need to conveniently reference frequently used information. The display holder measures 20.3″ W x. 15.2″ H. There are 5 different colored translucent pockets which equals 10 pockets that can hold 8×11″ documents. Enclosed are 10 label clips with 10 blank tags for organization. The display rack is freestanding and keeps materials clean and readily accessible for reference. The display rack is made of polystyrene and the silicone bottom is a weighted base that will not slip. The display rack is well made and extremely sturdy.
The assembly of the display rack is straightforward. It is not too difficult and I did not have any issues. I just followed the 4 steps on the item description. The label clips slide onto the pockets and you can feel when it is securely placed.
The display rack can vertically hold 20 documents. What’s really helpful is that it can revolve 360 degrees and has an adjustable tilt. It’s really helpful to quickly reference information and to have your important documents organized in one place.

This is a great well made and very sturdy desk organizer! I have quite a few things from work that I need to reference often and have basically just taped them around my wall so this will be a much cleaner option! I also thought this would be cool to use during the holidays when sometimes multiple people are working in the kitchen on multiple recipes. instead of scattering papers around and grabbing the wrong one on occasion, we can all work from this or pop out our pages as needed.
It does take up a decent amount of real estate on your table/counter so just be aware of that. The page protectors are textured but didn’t effect the visibility of the insert! This also comes with index tabs that you can just pop on and off the pages and place anywhere on the page edge so I appreciate that flexibility as well. I also LOVE the full range of angles of the pages. I have a stand up/sit down desk so I can easily angle it how I need. For the Kitchen, my husband is tall, I’m short and my youngest daughter is even shorter but still likes to help cook and we’ve all been able to angle it in a direction that works well for our height and to keep the glare off.

I decided to use this in my kitchen for all those meals I receive from meal plan companies that come with recipes! You know those convenient recipe sheets that end up messed up after you are done cooking! Well not any more! Once I receive the box, in goes the recipes of the week with plenty of room for my favorites. I love that you can flip to see both sides, then wipe clean. Now I wish I would have gotten the horizontal version! This product has so many uses and is so well made. When I first received I was disappointed that there weren’t any assembly instructions/pictures, but once I took all the pieces out of the box it was so intuitive, they weren’t even needed. The base is solid and weighted enough to not tip over once fully loaded. You can also rotate the base in a full circle as well as move it up and down. Really easy to look at inserts from any direction. The color edged document holders are great for identifying different categories. The included plastic tabs for labeling are easy to clip on, so again – many different uses. This document stand is a great value for the quality of the product and is definitely worthy of 5 stars!
