Excellent set of open ear earbuds, awesome sound quality, easy pairing
Grabbed these to use while gaming in an MMO with my wife on the laptop in the living room.
I still want to be able to hear in game audio/discord chat, but I don’t need the ANC since I also want to be able to hear my wife at the same time (who’s playing at the same time as me and may have questions or other comments that I wouldn’t hear if I was wearing my normal over the head headset). Syncing with bluetooth was simple (first removal from the case put it in paring mode, and came up as “YYK-Q16”. Testing these out with both in game audio/DIscord, and spoken word (just listening to Audible for instance) worked great and being open, while playing the MMO I could also hear my wife clearly without any issues. Excellent sound quality, tested various music genres across Spotify and the highs were crisp and the bass was pretty authoritative without being muddled. At higher volumes, mind you, since they’re open other people can hear what is being listened to.
Overall, these are an excellent set of open ear earbuds, I’d definitely recommend them if you want to listen to music/youtube/other audio but need to be able to hear other things happening around you.
