I chose these sheets for any of the twin sized beds in my household. I almost thought that I was sent full sized sheets instead, these are so large with such deep pockets that they have extra room on the twin XL bed, and there is more than enough space for super thick mattresses.
These sheets are very stretchy and easy to put n the bed, but they do have a tendency to slide off since they’re so slippery. I feel that a wider, thicker elastic band on the fitted sheet would be better to help keep the fitted sheet in place.
These sheets are incredibly smooth and easy to roll around on. I prefer slippery sheets in warm weather so I can shift and adjust at night as needed, I bounce between hot and cold, kick off the covers and scrounge for them often in my sleep. Slick sheets keep me from waking fully up while adjusting, and these are excellent for my preference.
The sheets are very cooling! I live in the subtropics and keep my house warm to save on power, and these sheets help keep e from getting hot at night. The fabric seems to disperse warmth and it doesn’t get hotspots like cotton does, and it doesn’t trap heat like how some satins will.
These sheets have excellent workmanship and I found no flaws in the construction. The sheets and the pillowcase are cut and sewn on perfect parallels and fold up with exacting lines and as neatly as possible. The material isn’t too thick or too thin and feels to be of excellent quality.
These sheets laundered perfectly and hang dry very quickly. They did not leave any dye on a color catcher sheet in a load of light color bedding.
I’m pleasantly surprised at the stretch, silkiness, and comfort of these sheets and am very happy with them. I do think that the current cost of 75 USD for these sheets is high, but if these give a good night’s sleep to those who have issues it can be worth it.
Really soft and stays cool
These are sheets are really nice. Just taking them out of the packaging you notice how soft they are and the first night you can feel that they really do cool better than regular sheets. They fit my mattress great and have deep pockets that allow them to fit my mattress and it’s added thickness mattress topper. For the price these sheets are great, especially if you’re a hot sleeper. I’ve washed them a couple times now and they’ve held up great. Every night when I crawl in bed I immediately notice how soft and cool they are. If you need new sheets, these are fantastic.
We’re in the middle of a two-month-long heat wave here in Southern California, so my wife decided it was time to replace the microfiber sheets on our daughter’s bed with something better suited for hot weather.
She recognized this brand and ordered this sheet set, and it turned out to be an excellent decision.
The biggest difference we noticed is how well these sheets breathe. They don’t seem to trap body heat the way microfiber sheets can, making them much more comfortable on warm nights. With the second-story bedroom window open, a gentle evening breeze flows through the room and right through the fabric, making for a much cooler and more comfortable night’s sleep.
The material feels soft and comfortable against the skin without feeling heavy. They fit the mattress well, stayed securely in place, and looked great once the bed was made.
After washing, the sheets came out looking just as nice as when they arrived. The stitching appears to be well done, and the overall quality gives the impression that they should hold up well through regular use.
My wife is very particular about bedding, and she has been extremely happy with these. Our daughter has been sleeping much more comfortably despite the unusually hot weather, which is exactly what we were hoping for.
Between the breathable material, comfortable feel, quality construction, attractive appearance, excellent fit, and overall durability, I think these sheets offer excellent value for the money. If you’re looking for bedding that’s better suited to warm weather than microfiber, these are definitely worth considering.
I don’t know if these are technically satin, but they might as well be. It’s a nylon polyester blend which results in an extremely soft and smooth material with a cool feel. Personally, I’m undecided on the “cooling” aspect of these sheets… room temperature sections do feel cool to the touch, which is nice, but they warm up pretty quickly when sleeping on them, and I’m not sure how to evaluate the breathability but to me, the smoothness of these sheets make them seem less breathable. Overall, I don’t particularly feel any cooler or warmer sleeping on these sheets than other cotton sheets, but that’ll be a subjective experience.
That said, regardless of the “cooling” nature of these sheets, they’re still pretty awesome. The smooth, soft, silky feel of them can not be overstated. It’s almost like a novelty at first, and I’ve had some laugh-worthy experiences as a pillow or sheet just slid right off the bed because of how little friction there is.
Another underappreciated aspect of these sheets is the fitting of the fitted sheet. It’s noticeably deeper than my other sheets, and the material is slightly elastic as well. This makes the sheet very easy to put on, even over deeper pillow-top mattresses or those with toppers, and also allows for more sheet to tuck under the mattress (which also probably helps compensate for the “slipperiness” to keep the fitted sheet in place). I have a queen size set, so it’s possible other sizes are different. The flat sheet also seemed slightly larger than my other sets, but that difference was far less noticeable. One minor gripe is that the queen set only includes 2 pillow cases instead of 4. Perhaps this is saving me from myself, as I think two of these pillowcases on top of one another might just slip and slide right off, but I’d like to have had the option!
One last observation to share: because these sheets are so smooth, anything that catches at the sheets tends to be more noticeable. I have dry feet and noticed that catching and scratching on the sheets far more than with cotton sheets, to the point where I now feel like I have to moisturize them immediately before climbing into bed. Which is probably for the best anyway, but just feels like something worth calling out.
Overall, I feel like these are love-them-or-hate-them sheets. If you really like the feel of cotton sheets, these are nothing like that, and I can imagine people being turned off by the slipperiness or the artificiality of the fabric. But if you like the idea of luxuriously soft and smooth satin sheets, these absolutely deliver on that promise! And they have that cooler feel to them, which is a nice feeling even if it doesn’t contribute much to actually cooling you off.
Silky, Comfortable Sheets With a Cool, Smooth Feel
We put this king-size four-piece sheet set on our bed and immediately liked the smooth, silky feel. The fabric feels light against the skin and gives the bed a polished hotel-style finish without feeling heavy or stiff.
The fitted sheet was easy to get over the mattress, and the deep-pocket design gave us enough room to secure the corners without fighting them. The flat sheet and pillowcases also draped nicely, and the lightweight construction made the set especially comfortable for warmer nights.
These are marketed as cooling sheets, and while no sheet set can change the room temperature, the light, breathable feel is noticeably better suited to warm-weather sleeping than heavier bedding. They are soft, comfortable, and easy to settle into, which made this a five-star set for us that is well worth the price tag.
