Product description
The very end is threaded, not quite an inch in diameter. So I used electrical tape to bring it up to one inch, so I can mount my bird feeder on it. As far as mounting into the ground, it was relatively easy.You use a 8″ torpedo level to get it vertical stability is good even in strong wind. It would have been nice if they had supplied a bushing for the threaded, end to bring it up to one inch.
Birds love the house so tall. Was up one day and a nest was started. Assembly was easy. Its nice that you can adjust how tall you want it. I used all the pieces and its pretty tall. Windy days not a problem good stability. Nice value. Well buy again.
Great for my birdhouse!
This pole was easy to assemble and is being used to support a birdhouse. It has withstood 70-80 mph winds and torrential rail. It still stands proudly and my birds have weathered the storms!
This is pretty just as photo shows but difficult to manage. Or it is for me. I love that it sits high so only the birds have access but I’m short and have to use a ladder to unscrew the feeder top to fill. But I have to say it is a great feeder and attracts lots of birds!
This is working perfectly! It was easy to assemble. It supports my Smart Bird Feeder perfectly. We just had an evening of extremely high winds (sirens even went off for “strong, damaging winds”). This pole is so sturdy that it withstood those winds with no problems at all! The baffle keeps the unwanted critters from getting to the feeder. Works great! Great value for the money! Highly recommend!
