Autistic sons favorite toys!
I ordered the lizard option, so I’m not sure why the listing is labeled as “super hero action figures.” That was a little confusing at first, but I did receive the version I selected.
The figures are a nice size, and the details are better than I expected for the price. The paint looks good overall, and they seem sturdy enough for display or play. They’d be fun for kids or anyone who enjoys collecting miniature figures.
Overall, I’m happy with what I received. I just think the product title could be a little clearer since not every option is actually a superhero figure.
Good Quality, Good Fu
These 8 plastic painted lizards are great toys. They are sturdy and well painted. There is no flash or mold flaws visible. They should have good play value. I am no expert but by doing a photo search of each lizard the names I came up with are shown in the photos. I am sure some of them are correct, likely some of them are wrong. Each of the lizards are posed with 1/72nd scale toy figures, that makes the people about 1 inch, 25mm tall and the lizards are about 4 inches long. Only the lizards come in the set but they are a good value and should work with toys you may already have.
The first photo is the lizards with their names. Subsequent photos include: the wizard with his dragon; a dragon attacks the castle, the blue dragon attacks the Japanese fortress, the Native Americans defend their territory, the jungle is dangerous for the troops, a lizard frozen in a block of ice, a lizard eats some sea plants, and take your daughter to work day: T-Rex version. Lots of fun in this set.
Perfect for my Little Reptile Love
These little lizards exceeded my expectations! The attention to detail is fantastic—from the textured skin and tiny toes to the realistic poses and vibrant colors. Each one has its own unique look, making them fun to collect and play with. My 7 year old son LOVES them! They’re made from a durable, slightly flexible material that feels like it will hold up well to lots of imaginative play.
My favorite part is how realistic they look. They’re detailed enough for educational activities or nature lovers, but colorful enough to keep kids engaged. They’re the perfect size for small hands and have already inspired hours of pretend play at my house.
Whether you’re buying them for a child who loves reptiles, for classroom use, sensory bins, party favors, or just as fun toy, these are an excellent value. I would definitely purchase them again!
Son asked for a reptile lizard birthday cake and this set delivered
Pros: My son has recently become obsessed with reptiles out of nowhere, and when he requested a lizard themed birthday cake I could not find anything close to what I had in mind, so these ended up being the perfect solution as cake toppers and scattered decorations around the dessert table. I love how many different colors and species are represented in the set, from leopard geckos to green anoles to horned lizards, so I was able to pick out the ones that matched his cake best and use the rest as extra decor around the table. They are genuinely hand painted rather than looking like a flat mass produced toy, with real detail in the scale patterns and eye coloring that made them look surprisingly realistic sitting on top of the frosting. The size worked out perfectly for a cake topper since they are small enough not to overwhelm the design but still detailed enough to be the focal point. They also felt sturdy in hand, made from a soft but durable PVC that did not feel like it would snap or crack the moment a kid grabbed one, which mattered since I knew they would end up in party favor bags afterward for my son’s friends to take home.
Cons: The hand painted detail is clearly why these cost more than a basic bag of plastic toy lizards, and while I think the quality justifies it, it is still a noticeable price per piece if you are used to cheap toy multipacks. I also found myself being a little more careful with the painted ones than I probably needed to be, since the finish looks delicate even though the material itself held up fine through cake decorating and handling. A few of the poses and postures repeat across the different colorways, so even though there is a nice variety of species, it did not feel like every single piece was a completely unique sculpt. That said, for what I needed them for, a fun reptile themed birthday cake topper that doubled as party favors, they worked out exactly as I hoped and my son was thrilled to see his new favorite animals on his cake.
Colorful and Great for Play
These plastic lizards are a fun little set with a nice variety of colors and poses. The details are surprisingly good for the size, and they feel sturdy enough for everyday play. They’re lightweight and easy for small hands to hold, making them great for imaginative play, party favors, classroom rewards, or sensory bins.
The figures arrived as expected, and the assortment gave kids plenty of options to choose from. Overall, this is a cute and versatile set that offers good value for the price.
