Is this 100% squirrel proof? No. But no feeder is gonna outsmart every squirrel. I will say, though that they don’t get nearly as much seed out of this feeder as they do my other one. This birdfeeder is actually much bigger than I had thought. I had anticipated it being a little bit smaller in size. But I actually really do like the size that it is. This feeder tends to attract some of the smaller birds compared to my other feeder. I do have to use a funnel to fill it up, otherwise birdseed can go everywhere. But it does tend to keep the seed dry. And I love the red color.
