Soaker Hose 100 ft for Garden, Thickened Flat Drip
Soaker Hose 100 ft for Garden, Thickened Flat Drip Irrigation Hose with Brass Splitter, Saving 80% Water, Leak-Resistant Garden Watering Hose for Vegetables, Flower Beds, Raised Beds, Lawn & Shrubs
- 【EVEN ROOT-ZONE HYDRATION & 80% WATER SAVING】Our flat soaker hose delivers a slow, steady drip pattern directly to the plant roots, promoting deeper growth while saving up to 80% of water. By eliminating overhead sprinkler overspray, it prevents evaporation, keeping your vegetables and flower beds optimally hydrated.
- 【SOLID BRASS 2-WAY SPLITTER & ADJUSTABLE FLOW】Our kit features a 100% solid brass 2-way faucet splitter that transforms a single outdoor spigot into dual independent lines. Large, easy-turn levers allow you to fully open, shut off, or precisely adjust the water flow volume on each side separately.
- 【1MM THICKENED WALL & ALUMINUM COUPLING】Built to withstand daily household water pressure, this flat soaker features an upgraded 1mm thickened inner wall to prevent bursts. Heavy-duty hydraulic aluminum rings permanently secure the pipe onto solid copper joints, while a built-in pressure gasket protects against blowouts.
- 【SEASONAL CARE FOR MULTI-ZONE YARDS】Crafted with a tough, UV-resistant sleeve over a flexible core, this hose is built for seasonal reuse in vegetables, raised beds, flower beds, shrubs, trees, lawn edges, and landscape borders. Turn faucet gently to start under low pressure; drain and store dry before freezing weather for maximum durability.
- 【GARDEN STAKES KEEP THE HOSE IN PLACE】- Included metal garden stakes help secure the drip irrigation hose around curves, corners, and long runs, keeping the watering line close to plant roots instead of shifting while water flows.
- 【Recommended Max Single-Run Length & Seamless Yard Layout】- For more stable seepage, we recommend using no more than 100 ft of soaker hose on one direct connection to help prevent water pressure drop at the far end. For longer irrigation areas, install a separate garden mainline first, then branch off with soaker hose sections from the mainline.

Product description

slow, low volume irrigatio
In an effort to refresh the house for a potential future sale, i have added quite a few plants to the yard. i have been watering them by hand when I am watering all of my other (potted) plants, but when this item became available through the vine program , I thought I had found at least a partial solution.
I have added a row of arbor vitae trees that I wanted to make sure were getting consistently watered, as we are in drought-like conditions and the high heat of summer is rapidly approaching.
I attach this soaker hose to my garden hose and positioned it down the line of arbor vitae trees. i went inside for a 30 minutes, then came back out to check the results.
The soaker hose does put out water; unfortunately, it does not put out enough water quickly enough to suit my needs. I would need to run this hose for several hours at a time to get the amount of water I want to get to my trees, but that does jot work for my schedule.
The instructions say to make sure to use one of the gaskets (3 included) to help reduce water pressure in the socket hose to prevent blowouts. i did that, but I am very tempted to try it without the gasket to see if it will put out more water so that I can use it where I want to use it.
EDIT: at the request of someone who wants something but doesn’t have the sense to know they can’t have it without making a lot of extra work for a lot of people, we have installed a line of hosta along a sidewalk at work; this sidewalk is in a very sunny location and hostas are shade loving plants, so they will need to be watered very heavily and consistently. we will be using this soaker hose as a test run– because it does not put out much volume, we can turn it on in the morning and then turn it off before we go home in the afternoon, so that the hosta gets slow , consisting watering during the entire day. this is a cheap , easy to install (and replace) test for the permanently plumbed drip irrigation that will be used if the hostas survive.
This soaker hose was quick to set up and has worked really well in my garden.
I installed it on a gentle slope through one of my native planting beds. The hose runs behind a row of plants, curves around several groupings, then winds its way down the hill before ending behind my retaining wall. The 50-foot length turned out to be just right for the space.
The hose itself feels sturdier than several soaker hoses I’ve owned in the past. It comes with stakes to hold everything in place, but because my garden is on a slope, I added a couple of extras from my garage. That helped keep the curves where I wanted them and prevented the hose from gradually sliding downhill, which would affect how evenly the water is distributed.
I’m running mine from a splitter with the water pressure turned fairly low. I didn’t end up needing the included gasket, and so far I haven’t had any leaks. The hose provides a slow, consistent soak that’s easy to leave running while I’m working elsewhere in the yard.
For my garden, about 30 minutes is enough during hot, dry weather. On cooler days, even 5-10 minutes provides plenty of moisture to keep the soil evenly damp without overwatering.
Overall, this has been a reliable upgrade from the soaker hoses I’ve used in the past, and I’d happily buy it again.
so easy I did it myself!
This is an upgrade from daily hand watering in a newly established section of garden. Setting up was low labor, and now watering is as simple as turning the spigot on and off (alternately, you could buy and install a simple timer device). Currently, I’m happy to turn it on in the evening and let the hose do the work of slow watering the plants. The slow drip is especially effective for our sandy soil that absorbs water slowly, as there’s no waste and runoff.
Installation was as simple as attaching a regular hose to extend the soaker from the spigot, so the soaker is only positioned on what we wish to water. Water drips from the entire surface, yet the part we left coiled for later use, doesn’t get wet.
We double wrapped the plants encircled with the hose to provide the desired level of water, and will wrap more times when using for trees. Compared to what I’ve paid to install complicated, professional irrigation on other parts of the property (which require constant maintenance and repair), this is such an economical option for 50 feel of versatile, easy to adjust irrigation.
Makes watering so much easie
I don’t have an irrigation system where I live, and our summers get extremely hot, so keeping my plants watered can be a challenge. This soaker hose has made a huge difference.
I laid it through my garden beds, and it provides a slow, even watering that really helps soak the soil instead of wasting water with overspray. My plants stay much happier during those stretches of intense heat, and I don’t have to stand outside holding a hose for nearly as long.
The hose feels sturdy, and I like that it came with stakes to help keep everything in place. Setup was simple, and I was able to position it exactly where I needed it.
The 50-foot length covered a good portion of my garden, and I appreciate that it waters consistently along the hose.
Overall, this has been one of the most useful additions to my garden. If you don’t have built-in irrigation and spend a lot of time watering by hand, this makes the job so much easier while helping keep your plants healthy through the hottest part of summer.
I got this 50-foot flat soaker hose to help manage the watering in my raised beds and garden rows, and it has worked exactly as I hoped. The flat design is a huge improvement over traditional round hoses because it’s much easier to thread between plants and stays flat under light mulch without twisting or rolling around.
The slow, steady seepage is perfect for deep watering; I’ve noticed my vegetables and shrubs looking much healthier now that the moisture is actually hitting the root zone instead of evaporating or creating runoff. Having the iron garden stakes included in the kit made a big difference, too. They keep the hose exactly where I put it, even when I’m routing it around corners or along uneven rows.
The plastic splitter is a nice bonus that let me tap into my existing faucet while still keeping a regular garden hose attached for other chores. I really like that each side has an independent switch so I can control the flow precisely. The build feels durable for daily outdoor use, and it rolls up very compactly, which makes it much easier to store when it’s time to mow or at the end of the season.
A quick tip for the best results: follow the instructions and start with low water pressure, then dial it up slowly until you see an even “sweat” along the length of the hose. Don’t blast it on high immediately, or you won’t get that nice, even soak.
Overall opinion: A well-thought-out watering kit that is effective, easy to install, and great for anyone who wants to automate their garden irrigation. The stakes and splitter make it a complete solution for beds and row gardens.
Great soaker hose for watering trees
I purchased this 50-foot soaker hose to help irrigate the trees in my yard, and it’s been working very well. It provides a slow, even flow of water that allows the soil to soak deeply instead of creating runoff, which is exactly what I was looking for.
The hose feels durable and well made, and the included adjustable splitter makes it easy to control the water flow to fit my watering needs. It was simple to set up, and once in place, it has made watering much more convenient while using less water than a traditional sprinkler.
Overall, I’m happy with this purchase. It’s an effective and reliable way to keep trees and other plants watered with minimal effort. I gave it four stars because I’d like to see the hose be a little more flexible when first unrolling it, but once it’s positioned, it performs very well and has been a great addition to my garden setup.
I recently set up this 50 ft flat soaker hose in my garden, and it has made watering so much easier and more efficient! The slow, steady seep of water reaches deep into the soil, providing gentle, even moisture to my vegetable rows, flowers, and young trees. I love that it helps reduce overspray and runoff, so I don’t waste water or create muddy patches—plus, my plants seem happier with consistent moisture.
The thickened, flat fabric design makes it so easy to route around plants and under mulch, which keeps everything neat and tidy. It also helps prevent twisting during setup, and once I’m done watering, it rolls up compactly for simple storage—no fuss at all!
The included plastic splitter is a great addition, giving me control over water flow for different garden areas. I can easily split the water between my vegetable beds and flower borders, adjusting each side independently—such a convenient feature for a busy gardener like me!
The iron garden stakes are sturdy and help keep the hose in place along curves and corners. I’ve secured it around my garden bed edges and it stays put, ensuring water goes exactly where I want it—close to the plant roots.
My tip for the best results is to start with low water pressure and increase gradually. I also make sure the washers are seated properly, avoid sharp bends, and drain and store the hose dry before winter. Overall, this soaker hose system has made watering my garden more effective, less time-consuming, and much more enjoyable. Highly recommended for any gardener looking for an easy, reliable way to keep their plants healthy!
Better soaker hose than what I got at the big box store last yea
I go through a fair amount of garden hoses and picked this up after my last one from the local hardware store started cracking before the season was even over. This one is noticeably better built. The material is thicker, the fittings feel solid, and it doesn’t kink up on me every time I move it around the garden.
Comes with an adjustable splitter and stakes too, which is nice because that’s usually extra. I laid it out in my raised beds and flower borders and it soaks evenly along the full 50 feet. No dry spots at one end and puddles at the other like my old one did.
At around $30 it’s about what you’d pay for the cheap ones at the department store, but this is way better quality.
