• Why doesn't it work on my phone?

  Because the OTG power supply is limited, and the power demand of high-speed SSD is higher, so it is not work, it is recommended to use WD SN740 SSD under 2TB with iPhone and Samsung smartphones or connect an additional adapter to power the SSD.

• Does it include SSD?

  No, only include the enclosure. We don't sell SSDs.
